We have 2 apartments:
PINUS HILL SEA VIEW: caposchiera located inside the Pinus Village residence which enjoys a beautiful location immersed in a luxuriant pine forest. The apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful area of the village, in fact behind it is the pine forest, while in front there is the beautiful sandy beach of Pinus and numerous rocky coves and bays with a crystal clear sea. The house has a beautiful garden and from the embankment (with gazebo and barbecue) it is possible to sunbathe (equipped with deckchairs) and eat while enjoying a splendid sea view. The beach is 50 meters from the apartment and can be reached in less than a minute on foot, the garden is completely fenced and safe for children. In addition to enjoying a holiday of beautiful sea, you can make beautiful walks in the pine forest along the many rocky bays. Ideal vacation for couples with children, safe beach and playground located within the village.
The apartment has a large living room kitchen, a double bedroom with bathroom, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed, another bathroom, a semi-covered external laundry room and an outdoor shower with hot water.

PINUS CAL'A MARI PINETA: apartment overlooking the pine forest, newly renovated and furnished, located at the entrance to the Pinus Village beach about 30 meters from the sea. It is composed of a large balcony, a large living room with all comforts, 1 double bedroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower cabin. This apartment has NO sea view!

2 DIFFERENT FLATS: HILLS AND CALAMARI
FLAT HILL:
the house is located in Pinus Village, in a peaceful and reserved location at ground floor with garden. Pinus Village beach that takes about 2 minutes walking.
The garden is covered with wooden gazebos and BBQ where you can have a nice sea view and eat outdoor.
There is a spaciuous living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a little but full equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There is a second bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house is full equipped with everything you need to have a nice vacation.
FLAT CALAMARI:
the flat is located in Pinus Village on the way to the beach, at about 20 meters walking.
It is the first floor of the building, with a huge garden and a terrace where you can eat and have privacy.
The house is composed of a large living room with a sofa bed and a TV, a little and bright kitchen, 1 bedroom and anothe bedroom French bedroom, a bedroom with a shower and washing machine.
The flat is provided with everything you need to have a nice holiday close to the see. This flat has NOT SEA VIEW, but pinewood view.

Pinus is a great location with beautiful beaches nearby. Regular buses into Pula and good parking make getting around easy. Flavia and Corrado were the perfect hosts who gave us all the information we needed to make this a fantastic holiday.

Ottima vacanza

Solitamente non facciamo recensioni perché non siamo molto “social”, ma in questo caso è doveroso fare un’eccezione. Ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo Corrado, davvero gentilissimo, che ci ha dato subito dei suggerimenti su come muoverci nelle stupende spiagge tra Pinus e Chia e si è attivato molto velocemente alla nostra richiesta di ventilatori. Che dire di Flavia, anche lei sempre disponibilissima, sempre pronta a dare consigli su ristoranti dove mangiare dell’ottimo pesce e dove mangiare un eccellente porceddu. L’appartamento è curato, spazioso e soprattutto pulito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la doccia esterna, molto comoda al rientro dalla spiaggia. Bello anche il tavolo sul patio superiore dove si può mangiare godendo di un bella vista sul mare. Concludiamo consigliando a tutti di soggiornare al Pinus Village da Flavia per una vacanza all’insegna del relax ma soprattutto priva di problemi ed imprevisti. Come direbbe chef Borghese: Voto DIESCI!!!!!

Gemütliches Apartment mit ausreichend Privatsphäre

Wir haben unsere Zeit in Flavias Apartment in Pinus Village sehr genossen. Die Lage ist gut, da es in der Umgebung viele tolle Sandstrände gibt. Der Strand unmittelbar vor dem Apartment (etwa 2-3 Gehminuten) war leider durch einen Sturm kurz vor unserer Ankunft mit Seegras überschwemmt und wir haben ihn nicht genutzt. Daher sind wir immer ins Auto gestiegen und 5-15 Minuten zu den Stränden rund um Chia gefahren. Das Apartment war für uns super. Die Küche ist für das große Kochen nicht wirklich geeignet, da Platz zum Arbeiten fehlt. Eine Spülmaschine hat uns irgendwie doch auch gefehlt. Die Terrasse ist super und man hat absolute Privatsphäre. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Privacy e tranquillità garantiti. Appartamento con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Unica pecca la mancanza di aria condizionata (ma nella descrizione era specificato). Spiaggia bellissima raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi tramite scalinate molto comode. All'interno del villaggio non sono presenti servizi, ad eccezione di un ristorante /bar quindi l'auto è indispensabile. Altre belle spiagge e Pula a pochi minuti di auto

Tutto veramente perfetto!

La proprietà ha un accesso al mare vicinissimo e la spiaggia è sottostante è molto bella. C’è un ristorante/bar vicinissimo. La proprietà è comoda con due piccoli patii di cui uno con barbecue e uno con doccia esterna. Molto spaziosa per 5/6 persone, due bagni interni e lavanderia. Flavia è molto disponibile è sempre pronta per ogni nostra necessità, compresi consigli enogastronomici per i ristoranti di zona.

La proprietà è molto molto bella, molto pulita e riservata. Non ha climatizatore, ma io che sofro il caldo posso dire che è molto fresca, forse perché gode di un ottima posizione. La spiaggia che si trova nel villaggio posso dire da buon sardo che è una delle più belle che abbia mai visto, pulitissima, e l'acqua non ne parliamo. Direi un pasradiso La proprietaria e a dir poco gentilissima e disponibile x qualsiasi informazione,tante vero che ci siamo fatti consigliare sia x le spiagge sia x mangiare, non sbagliando di una virgola. Che dire, no vediamo l'ora di tornarci. Consigliatissimo da 5 stelle. Se potessi le sarei anche 6 stelle

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend davvero piacevole.

La proprietà è ben posizionata all'interno di un complesso molto tranquillo e dotato di accessi esclusivi. Pulita e accogliente. In soli 2 minuti si raggiunge a piedi la splendida spiaggia di Pinus village che seppur priva di stabilimenti attrezzati è pienamente fruibile grazie anche alle attrezzature messe a disposizione dalla proprietaria che con cordialità ci ha permesso di spostare gli orari di check-in e check-out accogliendoci con una bottiglia di vermentino fresco. Heerlijk verblijf

Leuke vakantiewoning, goed uitgerust met keukenvoorraad, handdoeken, fans, stoelen, zitjes etc, eigenlijk ontbrak er niets. Mooi uitzicht op zee op het 2e boventerras. Veel privacy. Goede en leuke contacten met Flavia en andere contactpersonen. Behulpzaam en geïnteresseerd in ons welzijn!

Schön gelegene Wohnung, sehr gut und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sehr schöner Meeresblick aus der Sitzecke seitlich neben der Wohnung. Der Strand ist nah und schön. Ein Stern Abzug weil die Wohnung etwas muffig war. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur nach 10 Minuten Autofahrt.
