On the ground floor: dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with sink and shower cubicle, pantry, WC.
Upstairs: lounge area with 2 armchairs, television with TNT, a bedroom with a bed of 140, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 which can be moved together
Outside: the kitchen opens onto a courtyard with a garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sun.
Possibility to park right in front of the house.
The cottage is located in Augignac, a small village in the Limousin Périgord natural park. The village has a bakery, a grocery store and a post office. In the surrounding area: the leisure center of the St Estèphe lake (2km), Piégut-Pluviers (4km), with its town and its many shops, its essential Wednesday morning fair and, a little further, Nontron (8km) , known for its knives and its doll museum.
