Just 15 minute drive from Murcia International airport or to the nearest beaches in the Mar Menor. Only 4 min drive from Balsicas village for shopping, more bars and the train station with direct trains to the historical city centre of Murcia in 25 min or in 20 min to the great port town of Cartagena and its magnificent romans ruins.

Fully fitted kitchen, 4 piece bathroom, free air-conditioning in the 2 double bedrooms, with one double bed in one and with 2 single beds in the other, also free air-conditioning in living room with large flat screen TV and dining area, fully furnished, free wifi around the villa and large basement that can be used as an indoor play area or for storage. The 2 fold up zed beds are stored in the basement . Also front porch with outdoor furniture overlooking a separate patio, and an artificial grass area. Also outside a rear patio next to a dining area with table and 6 chairs. “ Beach area “ with 4 sun loungers overlooking the large swimming pool. There is also a rooftop solarium with sun loungers ( 2 ). Free street parking just outside door of the villa.

Within a short drive from the villa, in the nearest beaches in 15m, you can enjoy all kind of water sports , plenty of bike and walking routes nearby and two water park for kids ( in Murcia and Torrevieja ). The mild climate and the many local festivals nearby makes Sierra Golf of an ideal place to come to stay all year round.
