About this property

Our house is located in a very quiet area, close to the sea, in the countryside ...
When you arrive, the house is ready for a real holiday; the beds are made, the linen is provided and we provide the end of stay cleaning ... we lend some bikes and organize kayak trips supervised by Jean-Luc (equipment provided if necessary). And everything is included in our price!
On the ground floor two rooms: an entrance (with part of the kitchen: a large fridge, an oven and washing machine), and a large living room with kitchenette and dining room and living room with an insert; a WC. Upstairs a room with twin beds 90x200cm, a room with a bunk bed 80x190cm + a bed 90x200cm, a room with twin beds 80x200cm and a large bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside a parking space for your car and on the back of the house garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
It is a terraced house (Gîte EST and Gîte OUEST)
with a large garden to share (about 1800m2). The terraces are separated by a wooden partition covered with a honeysuckle. It can be the occasion of meetings or reunions between friends or family!

Anne, Jean-Luc et famille nous ont reçus les bras ouverts comme des amis d'enfances. Nous avons pratiquement tout aimé et bénéficié de tout les apports nécessaires à notre séjour. Au vacancier nous souhaitons un séjour inoubliable dans une demeure sans reproche et dans un petit coin de paradis. Faites vos valises "Les Legendes" vous attendent. Très belle région (même sous la pluie...) !

Eh oui, nous n'avons pas eu de chance : sans doute l'une des semaines les plus pluvieuses et fraîches pendant un été en Bretagne. Nous avons été d'autant plus satisfaits de ce gîte spacieux, agréable et fonctionnel. Nous avons même pu apprécier le beau et réconfortant poêle... Merci pour l'accueil de Jean-Luc, qui connaît par cœur cette magnifique Côte des Légendes, et pour les friandises d'Anne !

1 semaine de vacances à Brignogan-Plages

Maison bretonne séparé en 2 gites , plutôt vaste , bien tenu et propre , bien agencé, avec un équipement complet et en abondance, surtout aux niveau des outils culinaires ! La literie est correcte , la salle d’eau est très grande . Un poêle à bois bûches est à disposition, avec bois fourni , ce qui est rarissime !!! À noter aussi un grand et beau jardin avec des jeux pour les petits . Aussi, les propriétaires mettent à disposition de nombreux vélos . Ils sont très sympathiques, très accueillant : j’ai été gâté en confitures & gâteau maison , bouteille de cidre offerte …. ce fut de belles vacances. Aussi , la maison est correctement situé, et au calme ce qui est fort appréciable . Pour finir , le port de Brignogan-Plages est chouette , et toute la côte mérite d’être visitée avec des sites incroyables. Hébergement à conseiller pour réussir de belles vacances en Bretagne.

Die Vermieter Anne und Juan-Luc empfingen uns herzliche auch zu später Stunde. Das Haus, sehr sauber, schön, mit großem wunderbaren Garten, nur wenige Meter vom einzigartigen Strand entfernt versprühte ein wohliges Gefühl. Es standen Räder, Neopren-Anzüge und Kajaks zu unserer Verfügung. Wir haben die Ruhe und die freundliche Atmosphäre in toller Natur sehr genossen. Auch die Riesenspinne, welche von Anne besorgt und mit uns zubereitet wurden, werden uns nachhaltig positiv in Erinnerung bleiben. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen.
