This two floors villa situated near the entrance of Praia D’El Rey, 2 minutes walking to tennis centre and about 5 minutes walking to Clubhouse, children’s playground and driving range. The villa with electric shutters in all rooms, has 4 bedrooms. On ground floor you will find one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, both with double doors giving access to garden and pool. The very comfortable dining room also on ground floor has direct access to the exterior terrace with barbecue. The modern kitchen is completely equipped. On second floor there are two other bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to large terrace overlooking the garden and pool, perfect for sunbathing. The patio has a built in barbecue, a table, chairs and sofa as well as sun loungers. The pool has a child safety fencing around. In addition to the various leisure facilities around you will find that the atmosphere of calm at the villa is total.

Simply amazing villa close to the beach and ideally located

Perfect villa, spacious, clean, modern, superb pool, terrace, barbecue..... some 10 mns walk to the beach, interesting places to visit (Obidos, Peniche, Lisbon) close. Shortly saying: perfect spot for magnificent holidays with friends. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic stay!

We stayed at Villa Rosie for 9 nights. We had a brilliant time and loved the space. Our little one adored the pool and we made great use of the BBQ each evening. The Villa Rosie team were fantastic from point of booking to our departure. Thank you!

Spacious and clean property but problem with the pool

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks. There were 7 of us and it was very spacious and clean. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Priscilla, the property manager, looked after us all very well. The only downside, and the reason for 4 stars, was that the pool had a slow leak which had obviously been there quite some time and which affected the cleanliness and appeal of the pool. We would return if the problem with the pool was rectified.

Déplorable

Pas de prestations justifiant le prix payé. Piscine a moitié a l ombre, l eau ne chauffait pas donc trop froide et pas de baignades, trop peu de terrain, on ne pouvait pas faire le tour de la piscine, pas de billard, de table de ping pong etc ....heureusement nous avions apporté propres jeu de société . Télécommande cassée non remplacée, porte fenêtre impossible à ouvrir, store ne marchant pas , bref enfants déçus et nous encore plus , je ne recommande pas et surtout nous ne reviendrons pas.

Luxury villa

This is a fantastic property with great indoor and outdoor facilities. The highlight is the swimming pool and seated area beside it with BBQ. Very enjoyable villa to stay at, all rooms are generous in size, and the 1st floor terrace is awesome.

Gostamos da propriedade. A piscina foi o ponto forte da diversão dos mais novos. Ambiente muito tranquilo e sem ruídos perturbadores. As moscas acompanharam a nossa estadia mas seria impossível não aparecerem no enquadramento deste empreendimento, porque está envolvido num ambiente rural. Destaca-se a proximidade a praias agradáveis e uma praia dentro do complexo bastante simpática. Bom para caminhadas descontraída. Os equipamentos corresponderam às nossas expectativas e necessidades. Agradável com alguns inconvenientes

A chegada foi muito tardia da nossa parte mas sem dificuldades graças à prestabilidade da Sra. Priscilla. No dia seguinte encontramos a piscina a pedir uso da rede para limpeza, os colchões das camas de piscina molhados e sujos de passagem de pássaros. O jardim minimamente cuidado bem como a área de churrasco. O interior da casa estava limpo, nas primeiras impressoes. Na sala notei que sofás necessitava de limpeza mais profunda, algumas divisões com cheiro a humidade, talvez pela proximidade do mar. Na cozinha alguns dos utensílios não estavam devidamente lavados, de resto tudo limpo. Nos restantes dia reparamos no exterior a presença assídua de várias vespas, zangoes atraídos pelas 2 árvores no jardim além de muitas formigas, que nos presentearam com um êxodo nos dias seguintes a voar. há também um barracão onde é possível encontrar diverso material de piscina e brinquedos, mas este já carece uma limpeza de fundo pela exposição que tem de exterior. A campaínha de exterior não estava a funcionar levando a que numa das vezes tivéssemos uma surpresa repentina da manutenção de jardim. A piscina com proteção em redor foi excelente para garantir a segurança do nosso filho. Em resumo, a estadia foi agradável, menos na parte em que passamos algum tempo a matar moscas, preocupados com vespas e zangoes e a afastar formigas no exterior da casa. Dado que estamos em, pandemia usufruimos mais da casa do que das áreas em redor, levando encontrar os pontos a melhorar já identificados. Esperava uma limpeza com revisão mais detalhada, especialmente na cozinha que é uma área mais sensível. As árvores de jardim precisam de ser aparadas para controlar as visitas indesejadas. De sublinhar a disponibilidade e simpatia da Sra. Priscila durante toda a estadia.

Excellent Holiday

Stayed at Villa Rosie for two weeks in August this year. The whole experience from booking to checking in was simple, very clear and stress free. The owner Natalia kept us informed all the way. Priscilla was a credit, as she looked after us for the 2 weeks. Villa was spotless, easily catered for all 9 members of my family. A car is needed, however the club house food and hospitality was fantastic and within walking distance. The golf course was one of the best I've played and had amazing views. I would definitely stay in this villa again.

We stayed at the villa recently and it is lovely. However there were some elements of the stay that were disappointing. The location of the villa Is a car journey from shops and attractions. The pool was freezing and whilst the advert states hot tub and pool table these are not available. After feeding this back the advert has changed, however the Marriot doesn,t have either and it is 12 euros per day per person to use their facilities. The villa was clean however everything was tired. Overall not somewhere we would visit again.

Fantastic house

We really enjoyed our stay at villa Rosie. The house was beautiful and very well looked after. We had everything we needed and the staff at the local agency was very helpful. The only thing I would mention is that is very dependant on the car and the people who can't drive felt a little stuck. But overall very nice. We enjoyed going to the Baleial beach very much

Great place!

Great place! Beautiful neighborhood, close to ocean, surfing beach and golf course. Pretty close to a dozen of historical monuments including Obidos medieval fortress and Tomar Templar castle. This villa is very neat and clean, has everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Solid 5 stars!

Great vacation in Praya Del Rei

We had amazing vacations, thank you Natalya. The house is very cosy and it is well-furnished. I'm used to cook and I have never faced some kitchen equipment was missing. Our toddler girl found lots of fun there and no unsafe things. During our 2-weeks stay we got lots of pleasant habits we gonna miss. We liked to sit in the evening at the patio. We liked to cook extraordinary Portugal fish in the special outdoor oven. We liked our walks to the ocean (15 minutes away) in the morning or evening time. We liked to read on the balcony enjoying great view of the golf courts. We liked all those small villages next to the Praya Del Rei. I need to mention a great infrastructure nearby. Lots of great sightseeings are located 30-minutes drive from the house, including the Templar Castle, 12-th century сloisters, Obidos, etc. The closest city - Peniche - has an ancient city wall, surf places and many great restaurants with fresh fish. Another small nearby city - Caldos - has a great market, many restaurants and 2 parks with museums and playgrounds.

The best vacation I've ever had!

Thanks for the amazing holidays!!! I have been taking rest at this villa with my husband, his parents and sister for 2 weeks. We liked there so much! This is a very snug and neat home. The house has four very nice rooms with own bathrooms, a big living room, kitchen, veranda, barbeque, swimming pool and a shed where you can find balls, different toys for children and surfboards. In every bathroom there are towels (for the beach and for shower), toilet paper and soap. I like the idea of placement candles everywhere even in bathrooms. The beds are very comfortable and I like very much the design of the rooms. All rooms are different. Every room is designed of some color. The living room on the first floor has a chimney, two sofas, a big table with chairs, an armchair and TV with DVD. The kitchen is just amazing! I’m sure that every woman will like it. There you can find everything! A coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, plates, cups, mugs, towels, cutlery and a fridge, of course=) and many many other. You can eat on the veranda, there is a big table near the barbeque. I liked to have breakfast outdoor, because the air there is fantastic! A smell of eucalyptus, pinetree… and the ocean. The swimming pool is always clean and the water is warm. I recommend you this place and sure that you won't be disillusioned!
