Dawn Cottage is a charming, four-bedroom detached bungalow set in a peaceful location, within walking distance of Corfe Castle and the village square.

The accommodation consists of a comfortable open plan living room overlooking the pretty front garden. The large kitchen/dining room is modern, well equipped and has a door leading to a small sun lounge, with access to the equally pretty rear garden.

There are four bedrooms; two double bedrooms and two smaller twin rooms. One of the twin rooms is accessed from one of the doubles and forms an excellent family unit with a sofa and colour TV. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, a basin and a W.C., and there is also a separate W.C. All the accommodation is located on the ground floor.

Outside there is a small patio area, with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity. There are steps leading down to a lovely lawn with mature shrubs, and a great space to let the children play.

It is three minutes from ‘The Halves’ common land with its well equipped public playground and which also provides a pretty 9 minute walk to the village square, with its pubs, tea rooms, general store, bakery and the steam railway.
