The Luxurious Turkey Run

Turkey Run is a beautiful, welcoming home that we can't wait to share with you. From top to bottom, you'll find attention to detail; comfy beds, warm, relaxing decor and a great pool table and media room to relax. Wisconsin Dells has so much to offer, but you'll really appreciate coming home to this private haven just a couple of minutes out of town. Turkey Run gets it's name from the wild turkeys that roam the property and adjoining fields. If you look closely, you'll see deer, rabbits and lots of birds as well. As you drive up to the property, you'll be welcomed by a wide front porch to enjoy the sunrise and watch the wildlife. We supply the comfy chairs, you just need the coffee! As you open the door, you'll be greeted with soaring ceilings, a gorgeous fireplace and many one of a kind decorating pieces. The living room is a perfect place to relax with a cozy fire and a book or watch your favorite show on the 55 in TV. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils for you to cook to your hearts content. We are close enough to downtown to enjoy takeout or delivery! There is plenty of seating around the custom log table as well as the one of a kind bar with seating for 4. Theres also a card table and extra chairs available. The rest of the main floor consists of a large bedroom, a gorgeous bath with a whirlpool tub and a tiled shower as well as a half bath. There is also an over-sized back deck perfect for grilling and hanging out. We supply the grill, propane and tools, you bring the food. Upstairs, you'll find another full bath, a loft living area with great seating, a pull-out couch and a TV/DVD player and 2 more bedrooms. The view of the main living room is fantastic from here! In the basement, you'll find a fully outfitted pool room with a full size pool table, 2 more bedrooms and a 3rd living room with a super comfortable sectional, pub table and a 65 in smart TV and DVD player. It is of utmost importance to us that you and your group have a superior vacation experience at Turkey Run. We manage our own properties and really care about each of our guests. There are many lodging options in the Dells and we are thrilled that you are considering Turkey Run. We are confident that this top of the line, new home will exceed your expectations. We believe that details matter and have put in every effort to make sure your stay in one of our homes is fantastic!

Why they chose this property

We built this home in 2016 after falling in love with the land it sits on. It's surrounded by beautiful farm fields that are picturesque and great for wildlife watching. This home located close to town, but you seem miles away because of how peaceful it is here. The house we chose to build was carefully selected to be warm and inviting with an emphasis on having a wonderful open area for gathering. We also carved out space in the front and back of the house to enjoy the surroundings. We're confident you'll love this welcoming and cozy home!

What makes this property unique

Wisconsin Dells is the perfect backdrop for this custom home. Leon and Sondra took great care during construction and decorating to maintain a rustic "up-north" feeling. Logs were picked by hand and most of the furniture and decorations hand crafted by Leon himself and other skilled local craftsmen. You'll feel the care that went into Turkey Run from the moment you drive up the driveway. There are large front and back decks for you to relax and enjoy these beautiful surroundings, but you may have a hard time wanting to leave the inside!
