Legendary Moose Lodge

Welcome to Moose Lodge. Savor the privacy and serene setting of this amazing 5 bedroom custom home. Moose Lodge is nestled on 5.5 beautifully wooded acres with miles of nearby trails and wildlife galore. Just 5 minutes north of Wisconsin Dells, our north woods rustic home will be the perfect setting for your family vacation or gathering. We do have country neighbors at our home. Family noise is perfectly acceptable, but we cannot host any loud groups. Loud music is not allowed at any time. If you have a concern about this, please just ask- I am happy to discuss!

This one of a kind home features 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Moose Lodge has an open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, a beautiful custom dining room table and plenty of space and supplies to enjoy a great meal together. There is also a gas grill (we supply the gas) available and plenty of seating just outside on the spacious back deck.

When it's time to relax after dinner, you can watch the kids play and listen to the birds on the back deck, watch the sunset on the front porch, or hang out in one of the 3 comfortable living room areas in the home. We also are proud to offer an awesome billiards room in the lower level. Our beds are comfortable after a long day of play or relaxing.

There is even a Jacuzzi tub to soak away your worries! Grab a book and cozy up by the fireplace or enjoy star-studded skies, roasted marshmallows, and family tales around the campfire in the evenings. You will feel welcomed the minute you drive up the driveway through the end of your stay. We are certain of it!

Moose Lodge offers a hospitable and warm retreat with access to many outdoor activities such as hiking, snow skiing, boating, and fishing. Also just 15 minutes to Christmas Mountain Village and 20 minutes to Cascade Mountain. Rocky Arbor, Devils Lake, Mirror Lake, and Roche Cri State Parks are all within a short drive. Find deals at the Outlet Mall or have a blast at the waterparks nearby!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
While it is not required, we would really appreciate it if you would start a load of towels with the provided laundry detergent. They take forever!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No bachelor parties Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. It must never be excessivly loud outside.
Signed rental agreement and valid photo ID required. This a no-smoking property. There will be a charge for picking up smoking debris.
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed upon prior in writing.

Family Vacation

Family with 8 adults and kids ranging from 6 months to 15 years, there was plenty of room for everyone! The yard is a good place to play football and play corn hole and a nice fire pit for roasting s’mores! We had a blast!

Family vacation to the Dells

We loved the log cabin feel. Plenty of space & privacy for our adult children & our grandchildren. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils & appliances(big & small). The washer & dryer was a huge bonus with our water activities we participated in. The basketball court, kids swing set & fire pit were another added bonus. We will return as we loved the location away from the hub of downtown Wisconsin Dells! Thank you! Lovely place!

Great stay

Great place to stay and large property to play outside. Far enough from town to have privacy, but close enough to downtown which makes it quick and easy to get to activities. Overall, great place!

Family vacation

Very good location between South and North destinations. A beautiful yard and fire pit as well as space for games indoors and out. The owner was super responsive with questions we had leading up to our stay. Would definitely recommend this property if staying in Dells.

Stayed with my family while visiting the Dells for my parents’ anniversary. 9 adults and 4 kids fit comfortably in the house with plenty of space and recreational areas to keep us busy! Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic spot for the Dells

This was a great house and definitely will look at booking it in the future. Everything was clean and updated and there was plenty of room. The retractable gates were also a plus for little kids! You can’t beat the large yard with plenty of room for any outside activities.

Great Cabin for Get Togethers

This cabin was amazing! It was furnished nicely and clean. We had a great time playing games and watching our kids play. We will definitely be booking again for our next Dells stay hopefully when it's warmer so we can enjoy the outside too.

Christmas at the Dells

What a wonderful location for a family gathering. The snow that showed up just in time for our Christmas celebration was the icing on the cake. We arrived in a winter storm, in the dark and arrived to a cleaned out driveway and walk way… & a Christmas tree glowing thru the window. Picture perfect.

Great place for a family vacation

This property was perfectly located and was decorated so beautifully. We enjoyed our time at the house around the fire pit, playing pool in the basement, playing cards at the table, and having meals on the deck It was also great to be away from the busy strip, but close enough to go to tourist attractions spur of the moment. The 2.5 baths was a little tricky for 15 people, but we made it work. Thank you for a great experience in the Dells and for sharing your amazing home with us to make wonderful lifelong mementoes with our family.

A quick family getaway

This property is impeccable, and the photos are exactly at the residence is presented. There were 7 in our party, some from Chicago and others from Minnesota, to the location was centrally situated for all of us. The house was immaculate and graciously appointed, and the surroundings grounds were immaculate. We enjoyed out stay, and will definitely regard this property in the future.

Great time at Moose Lodge!!!

Sondra, Thank you so much for welcoming us into your beautiful cabin! The cabin was extremely roomy and cozy with our large group of 17 people (8 adults and 9 children). Owners were extremely easy to work with and cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Took the kids skiing and tubing at Cascade Mountain, which was close. Absolutely amazing

The entire process of booking was so simple. Sondra was so easy to talk to, she reached out multiple times to let us know what to back and what to expect. The property was amazing, the house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, so much room, everyone had their own space. It was amazing. We will definitely be booking again!

Why they chose this property

We built this home in 2006 to "get away from it all". We moved from the Milwaukee area to do this and have been loving the quieter pace that this beautiful area offers ever since. This property is just far enough out of town to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough for it to be very convenient for supplies, dining and entertainment.
