Beautiful home unexpectedly close to downtown with so much to do, even in the off-season. Exceptionally clean and our kids loved the outdoor and gaming areas. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

This is a very clean, well lit and spacious house for our 7 adults and 1 toddler. Excellent communications with the Host, Ashley and the house is described 100% accurately on VRBO! Wished we could have just stayed at the house to enjoy the entire home instead of doing 'touristy' stuff! The fenced in backyard and array of play toys was terrific and the basement arcade was an adult fun highlight! The house location is awesome-just 1 block away from the downtown main street but in a safe residential area and you never heard any traffic or noise! Easy access to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Having use of the 2 garages was a nice bonus too. We would absolutely stay at this home again and we highly recommend this house for renting!

What a fun experience staying here. Our kids had a blast on the slide, playing basketball, playing on the swing set and they even put on a little show on the stage. Walking distance from all the cute local shops and a short drive to water parks. Wonderful communication with the host as well!

This was the perfect house for a large family gathering. There were plenty of rooms and beds. The house was clean and well maintained. The amenities were excellent. The basketball court, video games, and slide kept the kids entertained for hours. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals for the crowd. Location is excellent with a short walk to Broadway in Wisconsin Dells, 2-3 blocks to the grocery store, and a short drive to water parks and other activities.The host was friendly and very responsive to our questions including plenty of suggestions and coupons for local activities.Would stay again!

Highly recommend! This property is a 2-3 minute walk to the downtown Dells area. The game room and backyard were perfect to occupy the kids in our family aged 2-12. The owners were very responsive. Just a heads-up, the kitchen is not stocked with any seasonings, foil/bags, Tupperware or serving dishes, but it does have plenty of pots and pans. We would stay at this property again!

This was a fantastic property to rent for our annual multi-family vacation. It’s in walking distance from the main “strip” in the Dells, and had an amazing big open field/park across the way. The layout of the house was amazing for the four families that stayed here- and, the kids LOVED the game room. It was a great hangout where everyone got to have their own space, and yet there were plenty of large common areas when the group was together. The host was really helpful in bringing us laundry detergent and even some extra games during our stay (the 2 washer/dryers were clutch for our big group!). Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean & Plenty of Space

The Downtowner is clean & spacious in a quiet neighborhood. It is perfect for a family with young kids. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. We would stay here again!
