We had a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. The property was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the biggest advantages was the location: it was literally a 2-minute walk from the bus station, which made getting to and from the Old Town incredibly easy.Tony was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. He greeted us with drinks on arrival, provided a tour of the home, and even had fresh fruit waiting for us, which was a lovely touch. His hospitality really made us feel at home.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Dubrovnik and would happily stay here again.

Great, perfectly maintained residence for a group

We were a group of five and wanted a place near to but not in the Old Town. The property had four bedrooms and a great courtyard for gathering In, this worked very well for our group. It’s meticulously maintained and owner lives nearby. Also near a bus stop that takes you to and from the old town. Very much recommend.

Beautiful Modern Getaway!

Our group stayed three nights at this bright, beautiful home in a lovely Dubrovnik neighborhood and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Tony kept in contact with us and check-in was no problem since he lives nearby!This home looks brand new and was just the perfect size for our group of six. The living room and dining room were a nice size and the patio was also a great place to hang out! The bedrooms and bathrooms were roomy as well!This location is a very short Uber ride to the old town (about 5-6) but we could walk to some nearby restaurants as well as a couple of markets. There was also a beautiful sidewalk stroll nearby which had amazing views of the ocean below! All in all, I highly recommend the Holiday Home King!

The house was even better than in pictures. It was clean, spacious and only a short walk to old town. We were 2 families staying and we were extremely pleased and happy with the house. We would recommend to anyone.
