There is also a garden with a patio space, ideal to enjoy warmer weather days with family and friends. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.

The entrance is located on the ground floor and it leads to the living room with a large TV, two sofas and an armchair, for when you want to relax after a long day of exploring beautiful Cambridge. It comes fully equipped and with plenty of storage space. The dining room with a large table is located right next to the kitchen, in the conservatory area, making it a great spot for dinner under the moonlight and stars. The conservatory opens up to the private garden space. On the ground floor guests will also find a bathroom for added convenience. All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor, featuring two double beds and one bunk bed, ideal when travelling with kids. The second bathroom is located on the first floor. The home has a lot of natural light and offers views of the private and enclosed garden area at the back of the property. The home is also provided with high-speed WiFi and offers lots of space should you want to get some work done.

The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the house at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home is located in the lovely neighbourhood in the east of Cambridge, close to many picture-perfect Cambridge University Colleges and the University’s Botanic Garden. It’s also a short distance from many of the town's attractions such as the Bridge of Sighs, Kings College Chapel, the Fitzwilliam Museum and countless other attractions, restaurants, bars, shops, pubs and coffee shops.

Given the location of the home, most of the town is within walking distance or only a very short drive away. Trains as well as bus routes closely connect Cambridge to most other cities in the UK. There are affordable Taxis and Uber as well as public transport available should you not want to walk.

This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it’s perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
