Spend your holidays in an air-conditioned character cottage in a quiet Thoroughbred Arabian farm surrounded by 14 hectares of pasture and 20 horses, 5 minutes from the beach, downtown, Cap d'Agde . Character cottage of approximately 100 m² with 2 terraces of 40 m² (1 fenced exterior, 1 in the landscaped courtyard). 8x4 heated swimming pool. Private parking, possibility of garage. Household linen is provided (sheets, duvets, towels, washcloths, kitchen towels, table napkins). Access to the cottage is completely independent from the rest of the buildings.
On the ground floor: an entrance, a large living room of more than 40 m² (dining room and living room), a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, all household appliances, washer / dryer ...) and toilets. On the first floor 3 bedrooms and the bathroom (shower + toilet).
Open all year. Rental possible during the week from 2 nights except mid-July to the end of August (only full week from Saturday to Saturday). For a rental of several weeks do not hesitate to contact us for special rates.
