This 2 bedroom villa in Nerja has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with capacity for 4 guests. 



El Romeral is a comfortable villa with a private pool, set in a rural location, but within walking distance of the town and beaches. Inside the property, both bedrooms have air conditioning and outside, there are wonderful, panoramic views from the villa of both the sea and the mountains. 



The accommodation is equipped with the following facilities:



Outside:Private swimming pool, patio furniture, fenced patio, barbecue, private parking area.

Inside:Air conditioning in the bedrooms (also heats in cooler months), Internet (Wi-Fi), fireplace, iron, safe, hair dryer, cot and high chair.



In the kitchen the facilities include fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The property has one bathroom with shower cubicle and wc.



Both bedrooms have an air conditioning unit to help you sleep more comfortably at night.



Villa el Romeral is located 71 km from Malaga airport, 110 km from Granada airport, 1.6 km from Mercadona supermarket, 2 km from beautiful Burriana Beach and restaurants, 2 km from the famous Balcon de Europa, 6.5 km from the pretty hillside village of Frigiliana, 4.5 km from the famous Nerja Caves, 1km from the Rio Chillar river with interesting treks along its course, 24 km from Aquavelis water park, 27 km from Baviera Golf course, 100 km from the world famous Alhambra Palace in Granada.



The villa is situated in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood and is a very popular choice for families with young children.



A hire car is definitely recommended for visitors to the villa. The last 250 metres of the access road to access to the villa is not tarmac. We will provide instructions and maps to arrive to the villa via Calle Picasso and Cuesta Mariana. Please note that approximately 500 metres before arriving to the villa, the road crosses the Rio Chillar creek. The water level is usually very low and easily crossed on foot or in the car. There may however, be odd occasions after heavy rain when the water level is higher. On such rare occasions, it may be necessary to take a slightly longer alternative route into town to avoid crossing the creek.

We love this property The pool & garden is amazing .. the property is simply but kept clean. We love sitting on the veranda watching the sunrise & sunsets The pool is cleaned on numerous occasions. Getting there you need a car & it’s slightly off road but you get used to it. Nerja is beautiful, lots of places to eat & beach is great for children. We would recommend this place.

Location/access not reasonable. Car absolutely essential, not as described at all

Only stayed one night, was refused any sort of refund at all, even though they have agreed to add to the listing about the location/access limitations. Appreciate that they have their refund policy which they were kind enough to send to me. I booked somwhere else and have to say that nerja is beautiful and would happily return.

La maison et les extérieurs très bien entretenus et fidèles aux photos. Magnifique jardin arboré avec sa piscine et terrasse vue sur mer. Endroit excentré sur les collines de Nerja mais à proximité de la plage de Burianna (5 min en voiture). Personnel agréable et disponible à distance pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Idéal pour passer des vacances relaxantes à la Costa del sol ! Nous recommandons et reviendrons sûrement !

Villa El Romeral

Wir waren eine Woche im Mai in der Unterkunft El Romeral. Es ist eine schöne Villa. Es war sehr sauber.Die Anfahrt zur Villa ist etwas abenteuerlich. Ich war froh, dass mein Sohn (Taxifahrer) gefahren ist.Man hat von der Villa einen wunderschönen Blich über Nerja zum Meer.Es gab noch einen sehr schönen Garten mit Rasen und Palmen. Leider gab es dort keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Auf der Terrasse konnte man ein Sonnenschutz auskurbeln. Leider waren hier für die Stühle keine Sitzpolster vorhanden. Wir haben uns dann welche gekauft.Der Pool war sauber. Es kam auch einmal jemand vorbei der überall kehrte den Pool reinigte und nach dem Rechten sah.Die Agentur war überaus freundlich und hat uns etliche Tips gegeben. Sie haben Fragen sehr schnell auf deutsch beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut betreut.Vielen Dank,.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit abenteuerlicher Zufahrt

Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und gepflegt. Abends und morgens war es ziemlich kalt im Haus (November), aber es gut das ein elektrischer Radiator zur Verfügung stand (200,00 Stromkosten). Schön wäre gewesen, wenn in der Objekt-Beschreibung auf den direkten sehr aktiven Nachbarn mit seinen 3 großen Hunden (zeitweise, insbesondere morgends und Abends ständiges Gebell) hingewiesen worden wäre.Ein Mietwagen Ist wegen des langen und schlechten Anfahrtweg sehr ratsam. Es war dennoch ein schöner und sehr sonniger Urlaub in dem wir auch den schönen Garten genossen haben.dafür

Excellent holiday villa

This holiday villa provided all homely needs for a very enjoyable vacation. It has a fantastic view from the front verandah and is only a few minutes drive into the town centre. The pool and gardens are kept immaculate. We hope to return some day and enjoy it's amenities once again. Sunspainrentals kept in touch and available right through out our vacation and responded immediately to a couple of queries. Everything ran smoothly from initial booking enquiry right up to departure from the villa at the end of our stay.

La maison était très propre à notre arrivée. Elle est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Nerja, le centre ville et les plages sont accessibles facilement à pieds ou en voiture (2km du Balcon de l'Europe et des plages). Il faut tout de même de bonnes jambes. Communication avec l'agence très simple et pratique. Le jardin est magnifique et les oranges très bonnes. La piscine est bien exposée, le balcon permet d'avoir une superbe vue sur la ville et la mer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La décoration pourrait être "rafraichie". Ajouter quelques couverts (couteaux, fourchettes), un plat allant dans le four et un saladier.

Todo perfecto, la casa es maravillosa y tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. La piscina, la barbacoa, bueno etc etc. por sacar una pega, el acceso a la casa. Si el camino estuviera asfaltado o en condiciones seria perfecto y los neumáticos del coche lo agradecerían. Por lo general excelente y el sr. Miguel muy amable junto con Maribel y demas. Gracias.

Villa itself was excellent and could not be faulted. Very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The extensive garden was immaculate. The only minor drawback was the road up to the villa was in poor condition as is the case for many villas on hilly sites in Spain. Service from Spainsun staff was excellent Except for the road everything was excellent.
