Newly built apartment, in a small tourist reality consisting of only 4 units, located within the "Parco Alto Garda Bresciano" a natural Park, in a green oasis where you can relax and enjoy your privacy.
Getting up every morning in the peace and greenery where the "Oasi Da Vinci" is immersed will be a real pleasure for you and your loved ones.
The setting of the mountains and the lake that surround us will satisfy your view and your heart.

The apartment has a large private covered terrace furnished with table and chairs, deck chairs and sun loungers, facing the terrace you can enjoy a large solarium area with wonderful views of "Mounte Baldo" and the surrounding mountains and Lake Garda.

The kitchen-living room is modern and comfortable to use, equipped for cooking with induction plate, Melitta, kettle, stainless steel pots, cutlery dishes and everything you need for cooking and even with dishwasher.
Kitchen essentials, pepper salt and coffee.
Hand washing detergent and dishwashers available.

Large bedroom with double bed is furnished handcrafted and in an original way with wardrobe available.

Super Unterkunft

Der Blick ist grandios und auch im Hochsommer hält man es dort gut aus auch bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad. Die Vermieter bieten einen tollen Service, es wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (9 Nächte) zweimal Bettwäsche und Handtücher getauscht. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen.

Perfekter Ort für eine schöne Auszeit

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Tignale. In den Bergen kann man wunderschöne Wanderungen machen und auch andere sehenswerte Städte sind mit dem Auto in 1-1,5 h Fahrtzeit gut zu erreichen. Morgens mit dem Blick auf die Berge und den See den ersten Kaffee zu genießen wird eine schöne Erinnerung bleiben. Die Gastgeber waren über WhatsApp gut erreichbar und Fabi hat sich immer direkt um uns gekümmert. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Liebe Grüße

Wunderbar und vorallem ruhig

Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber wunderbar ruhig. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sie könnte eventuell einen Schrank mehr gebrauchen. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir sind begeistert über diese schöne Ferienwohnung (App. 3 mit 2 Schlafzimmern im EG). Das Haus ist nicht schwierig zu finden, einfach ab dem See die SP 38 Richtung Tignale fahren, den Ort Prabione links liegen lassen und dann nach ca. 500 m geht es rechts ab, ist ausgeschildert mit Oasi da Vinci. Ja, die Straßen sind kurvig und etwas eng, im Vergleich zu anderen Orten in Italien aber gut ausgebaut. Im Haus erwartete uns ein sehr freundliches Vermieterpaar, immer erreichbar aber sehr diskret und unauffällig im Hintergrund wirkend. Wir waren zwei Wochen da, während dieser Zeit erfolgte sogar ein Wäschewechsel und zwei Zwischenreinigungen. Haben wir so noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung erlebt. Alles in der Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Ausstattung ist nicht überladen, das gefällt uns. Die Geräte in der Küche, die Töpfe und Pfannen sind von guter Qualität, Induktionskochplatten sorgen für Komfort beim Kochen. Natürlich hat man zuhause mehr Küchengeräte, aber uns hat das ausgereicht. Wir hatten einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die überdachte Terrasse kann auch bei Regen gut genutzt werden, die Terrassenmöbel sind chic, die Liegestühle sehr bequem. Das Bad ist sehr modern, die Heizung in allen Räumen funktioniert bestens, das Wlan ist gut, die Matratzen auch. Ja, vielleicht könnte man im Zweibettzimmer noch ein Regal aufbauen, aber wir waren nur zu zweit und hatten für alles genügend Platz. Steckdosen sind überall in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden, im Bad und in der Küche auch welche für Schukostecker. Falls man bei der Aussicht überhaupt fernsehen möchte, gibt es alle deutschen Kanäle. Man hat auf dem weitläufigen Anwesen seine Ruhe, im Gegensatz zu Ferienobjekten die näher am See sind. Der Blick ist wirklich schön.

5*+++ Ferienwohnung mit einer Traumterrasse in TOP Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein Traum. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll mit hochwertigen Gegenständen eingerichtet. Das Bad mit begehbarer Dusche und Armaturen von Grohe. Schlafzimmer sind groß und mit ordentlichen Matratzen. Die Küche ist sehr schön gemacht und mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht, wie eine WMF Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Kaffeefilter, Nudeln, Tomatensoße und Gewürze u.s.w. Also eine Grundausstattung so dass man erst mal über die Runden kommt, wenn man es nicht zum einkaufen geschafft hat. Die Terrasse ist der Wahnsinn…. So ein schöner Blick mit sehr gemütlichen Liegestühlen und einem großen Tisch, dass man eigentlich die ganze Zeit draußen sitzt und gar nicht mehr nach Hause will. Die Wohnungen sowie die ganze Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Inhaber sind so freundlich und hilfsbereit, es ist unglaublich. Während dem Aufenthalt ist das Auto nicht mehr angesprungen (Lichtmaschine defekt), aber das war alles gar kein Problem. Sofort hat man sich um uns gekümmert. Eine naheliegende Werkstatt hat das Auto wieder in Kürze repariert. Diese Ferienwohnung können wir zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal dort. Italien plus Traumterrasse

Wir haben zehn sehr schöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht. Der Knaller ist die Terrasse, die genauso schön ist, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Außerdem schön: Kaffee und Filtertüten laden direkt nach Ankunft ein, die Terrasse zu testen, ohne groß einkaufen fahren zu müssen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und das angrenzende Städtchen Gardola lädt jeden Abend zum Bummeln ein. Aber die Straße hinauf in die Berge ist nichts für Feiglinge und nichts für überdimensionierte deutsche SUVs. Unser Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!
