It has 3 bedrooms +1, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a small but useful laundry area. The harmonious pairing of quiet colors and simple lines create a peaceful and elegant ambient.
The 300sqm stone-built courtyard that surrounds the house, the attractive swimming pool, the barbecue and the two pergolas create a space with respect to privacy for everlasting summer vibes.
Under the shadow of the one pergola there is a comfortable and artistic table for 8 people. An olive tree and bougainvillea shape a beautiful scenery.
An ideal place for relaxation is the large outdoor living room under the second pergola. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view with a glass of Kefalonia wine. The wonderful colors of the sea in combination with the sound of the waves create serene and positive thoughts.
