They manage outside of VRBO. Veeve. Makes it just a bit too much. Place was small. Shower tiny no place to put soap or shampoo except your hand or floor, not draining so hand it was. Front gardens which one review stated were beautiful, are not. Not usable, not maintained, had to swim through branches to get to front door. Greeted at front door by spiders and their webs. Had to clean those up. Location location location. Great spot and the place has potential. Oh and the curtains need to be washed, interesting shade of gray. Woke up every morning with stuffy nose. It’s either the dust or Pet friendly aspect. With way could have been cleaner. Location again was great. Easy to get everywhere and walkable.

Had difficulty finding it, probably mostly my fault, there is a nearby st w a very similar name. Google does not give an accurate location. The pleasant surprise was that it is directly on the Seine. Is in a very pretty courtyard. The biggest issue however was the record heat wave in Paris while we were there. This place has no AC ! I think it probably doesnt need it 360 days of the year but the 4 days we were there were hot. Was surprisingly tolerable however and would be happy to stay there again in cooler weather

peaceful and quiet

If you're looking to stay in the busy 6th Arrondissement, this apartment is in a very central location to most everything and it is also situated inside the pleasant courtyard of a nice building complex away from the busy street ... so it is quite peaceful and quiet. The host is quite responsive and will quickly address anything that you might require. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 16 day stay!

Very clean and spacious throughout apt, safe and beautifully landscaped courtyard outside my door, separate bedroom area upstairs a plus! Spacious bathroom with great shower and lots of room. Location is amazing ! Was in Paris during transportation strike but could walk easily to so many museums, cathedrals, restaurants and shopping!!! Ah, St Germain des Près! Listing very accurate and true to the experience. Good communication during business hours and any small issues that came up were addressed quickly. Thoroughly enjoyed my 16 day stay!”
