Villa with private pool in Calpe. Situated in a very quiet urbanisation, 800 metres from the beach of Puerto Blanco and a few metres from restaurants and shops.
1 bedroom on ground floor with 1.50m bed.
2 bedrooms on the upper floor 1.50m and 1.35m
2 bathrooms and a toilet (downstairs bathroom has shower and upstairs bathroom has a bath)
Pets allowed, but any damage caused by pets must be deducted from the security deposit.
Pool size: 4m * 8m
Portable barbecue.
All rooms have mosquito nets except in the living room.
2 kitchens: 1 new kitchen upstairs and one downstairs.
Completely fenced
Very close to the beach of Puerto Blanco, 800m and 100m from the restaurant Oscar.

The view was the best and greafu to have had the experience , but we found it uncomfortable. The settees were awful- a lump of wood under the cushions seating, there was a 24”television- which we could hardly see and had to move the settee nearer.This property was divided into 2 apartments and no internal starrcase - so had to keep opening and locking it. The kitchen was poorly equipped one saucepan , no garlic press and no toaster. Lots of different levels and stairs to and from the pool- not ideal for those with mobility problems or small children. The pool was lovely and also the view was gorgeous . We made the best of it- so thank you.The pool

Une belle maison, très agréable, mal équipée et aux extérieurs que nous avons trouvés déplorables à notre arrivée. Il aura fallu attendre plus de 4 jours pour faire ouvrir les portes qui donnent sur les terrasses et la piscine. Le nécessaire a été fait au fil de l'eau pour répondre à nos demandes. De ce fait, le logement est devenu (presque) conforme à l'annonce et aux prestations attendues pour un tel budget. Attention : la climatisation est inexistante dans l'étage inférieur, et présente uniquement dans le séjour pour l'étage supérieur. L'environnement est calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Malgré tous ces désagréments, nous avons toutefois passé un bon séjour en famille.

Havre de paix, qui offre une superbe vue et qui est bien placé. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin en terme d'équipements pour notre confort. Je recommande pour couple, entre amis ou famille avec enfants.
