Lovely villa near the sandy beach, small supermarket and a few bars.we absolutely loved the villa very clean everything we needed was provided. Especially loved the outdoor kitchen never cooked inside ! Large lounge and lanai, all bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage.thecoutdior areas were suburb gardens well looked after and the pool a great size and kept really clean ! I would definitely recommend staying here and will book again if we’re in that area I must say the photos don’t do it justice ! Communication with owner again was excellent and any queries were responded to efficiently and quickly Thankyou encarna

Muy recomendable

Hemos pasado la última semana de Julio., y hemos ido cuatro mayores y tres peques entre 1 y 4 años. La casa está en una zona muy tranquila de Les Marines y sólo a 4 calles de la playa y zonas de ocio. Es una propiedad que está muy cuidada, y que tiene todo lo necesario para pasar semanas de vacaciones en la misma, es cómoda y segura para los peques ya que el jardín es completamente cerrado y espacioso, con muchos lugares verdes para pasar el rato. Los anfitriones han sido super amables y han estado al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Sin duda repetiríamos nuestra estancia en este lugar. Muy recomendable!

Ideal para vacaciones en familia

La casa es muy cómoda, lo tiene todo, está pensado hasta el último detalle. Todas las habitaciones son amplias, el salón muy acogedor. El porche cerrado combina perfectamente el estar dentro y fuera de la casa al mismo tiempo, y el jardín es perfecto para que jueguen los niños. La cocina está muy bien equipada, hasta cantidad de especias y condimentos. Y la barbacoa y la piscina hacen que ya no se pueda pedir nada más. Encarna, la propietaria, es un encanto y nos dio recomendaciones muy acertadas. Sin duda volveremos el próximo verano.

Estancia maravillosa de vacaciones en familia

He estado 15 días en esta casa con mi familia y ha sido una estancia muy agradable. La vivienda es muy cómoda, todo en una misma planta, sin escaleras. La casa está en perfectas condiciones con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y todas las estancias son muy luminosas. El espacio exterior es muy agradable con zona de jardín y terraza y con mobiliario adecuado para disfrutar de estos espacios. La piscina ha sido un lujo, con una gran privacidad y cerca de la cocina exterior donde hemos preparado suculentas barbacoas. La playa está a 5 minutos andando y muy cerca tienes tiendas y supermercados. La zona es tranquila, silenciosa y acogedora, muy recomendable.

"Une maison idéalement pl...

"Une maison idéalement placée pour se rendre à la plage de sable ainsi que pour se reposer dans un quartier calme et sans vis à vis.(La douche extérieure est très appréciable !) Très proche de Dénia où il y a toutes les commodités (port, location kayak, marchés...) De plus Encarna est une propriétaire très sympathique qui nous a réservé un très bon accueil. "
