This substantial villa is set in spacious grounds with extensive lawns. Electric gates open onto the imposing drive and the garden is enclosed with tall pine trees providing welcome shade. A large terrace with comfortable cane and upholstered furniture overlooks the swimming pool. Winding paths through the lawns lead to the barbecue, apartment and the illuminated, astro-turfed tennis court. There is also a fun golf area, perfect for young beginners.

Inside the villa there is a huge games room on the lower level for snooker and table tennis enthusiasts. The furnishings are a blend of oriental and traditional, the living/dining room is enormous and the kitchen has black granite work surfaces, a large American style fridge-freezer and a breakfast area at one end. There is a self contained apartment set away from the main villa, with TV and a private, sunny patio.

"Katrina is a beloved, second home and has a really welcoming feel. So many of our clients have enjoyed this lovely house and the location is great, being only a short drive from Quinta Shopping, Vale do Lobo and the beach. I stayed there with my family and my husband particularly loved the barbecue area! We also liked to stroll down to Julia's or Maria's restaurant in the early evening to work up an appetite (around a 40 minute down-hill walk) and then get a taxi home!" Ginnie, Managing Director
