House LIVAS is defined by its exceptional location on the private peninsula of Stavrόs Cape, the amazing seafront view and its very large Mediterranean garden. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and 2 km from the port.
The nearby sandy beaches are unique for swimming in calm, crystal-clear waters and also suitable for children. The perfect relaxing holidays you have been waiting for. This cozy house has 2 bedrooms and accommodates 4-6 persons. It is on 2 levels, the first comprised of the living room with fireplace, the dining area and the kitchen and the second the 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom and a WC.
There is also a pull out couch in the living room. The seaside views are wonderful as are the evening sunsets. The house is very conveniently located close to the port and the beach while still being quiet and peaceful.
