The house is distributed in three floors, ground floor and first floor designed for housing and an amazing roof terrace on the top where enjoy the sun.
The ground floor has a large living room with T.V, SATELLITE, INTERNET, WIFI, RADIO / MUSIC. with a wood stove that charms the whole house. There are also electric radiators in each one of the rooms. A bathroom and a small fully equipped kitchen.
In the main entrance there is a large terrace, ideal for enjoying pleasant breakfasts and romantic dinners at sunset. Or if you prefer you can also enjoy quiet nights in the inner courtyard with garden, idyllic surrounded by plants, trees and flowers.
On the first floor you will find the 2 rooms. One with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. One of them with a small terrace and the other with a view to the stairs of Calvario. And a large complete bathroom, with beautiful views of Puig de Maria, Pollença and access to a small terrace.
And finally on the roof there is a terrace with wonderful views of the town, the Puig de Maria, Pollença, the bay of Pollença and the one of Alcúdia.
