Immaculate Riverfront home on Hwy 62/Crater Lake Hwy, sits on 400' of the picturesque Upper Rogue River. Centrally located 1 hour from; Crater Lake National Park and the Famous Shakespearean Theatre. Only 1/4 mi. away, is the Rogue River Lodge, a very popular wedding & events venue that overlooks the Rogue River. Upper Rogue Region has hundreds of square miles of endless natural beauty. A place for families, fishermen, rafters, wine lovers, food lovers, parks, and unique shopping. Lost Creek Lake is just 15 min away complete with Marina, Ski, patio, pontoon, rentals, jet skis, paddle boats, and more. The Upper Rogue is unique; it's close to the service you might find in many metro areas, but uniquely rural, therefore, you lack nothing in the way of services. Sightseeing, Shopping, Skiing (Water & Snow), Steelhead, Salmon = Southern Oregon!

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home = Beautiful decor using rich colors to create a rustic theme throughout. Sleeps up to 8 persons, quality memory foam top mattress. Open living room with large electric fireplace. Dining room with large table sits 8 comfortable. Bonus Front room with foosball table , bistro table, and private office space, all have rustic charm & decor. Fully equipped kitchen with large island and bar. Central Air conditioning and heat auto-set for your comfort. Xbox One, games, video library, small collection of books, puzzles. Wifi ONLY - NO TV CABLE service. Smart Screen capability for DVD's, streaming from YOUR Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime account using WiFi Internet connection- COUNTRY Wifi can be unpredictable at times but typically not an issue.

Located on Hwy 62/Crater Lake Hwy & across from Hwy 227. Plenty of parking for boat, recreational, travel trailers & RV (NO electrical or water hook ups), and NO DUMPING OF ANY KIND.

Everything you need or want is within 5-30 min drive, local market, little of everything stores, grocery or gifts including Walmart & Costco. Great for families, locals, couples or groups. The Rogue River is world-famous for fishing, rafting, breathtaking scenery but limited for swimming due to its cold temperature and swift downstream currents. No direct river access on property. A very short drive to nearby parks that have areas for launching boats/rafts or other, wading, splashing, swimming for the brave. Property offers bank fishing only, bring our own gear or rent it locally and enjoy the gorgeous, scenic views.

We live nearby and will give you as much privacy as you desire or be available and accommodating to ensure a great stay. Our desire is to make your vacation as pleasant and memorable as possible, so you will return! There is a vacation "Cabin on the Rogue", VRBO #1631039, that sleeps 2-4 next door, Measures have been taken to ensure your privacy and it's divided by high cedar fencing.

Beautiful well kept place right on the Rogue river. Lots of space, nice back yard watching the river flow by. Our grandkids loved the foosball table. Loved having the Blackstone grill. Only down side is right on the busy road, but not a big deal when sitting in the back yard. Great place for our family. Excellent ability to cook and have dinner together.

Very nicely furnished, clean and well organized home located on the Rogue. It had all the amenities you would want in a rental.The property was beautiful with the river flowing through the backyard. However, the house is facing a major road so it was very noisy, especially at night when trying to sleep. It was also difficult to get in and out of the driveway because of the traffic. Despite that, we had a lovely time in Shady Cove.

Home on the Rogue was very clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, has a beautiful view of the Rogue river, and feels like a cozy home. Absolutely charming location next to the Rogue River. The only drawback, as some people mentioned, was the noise from the highway, which is just yards away from the bedroom windows. If you're a heavy sleeper, then this home is perfect for you! If you're a light sleeper like us, you might find sleep challenging here.

Overall great experience. Host very responsive. Only bummer we had was the morning sprinklers. We are early morning coffee nature people & the sprinklers put a crimp in that. Quilt Retreat

We came to Oregon to attend a quilt retreat. This is our 2nd year to stay in this house. It is minutes from the grange hall we did our retreat in. The house has a beautiful view of the river. We enjoy watching the fishermen drift by in the morning. The house is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen. We will be reserving again for next year.

You Will Want to Stay Forever

This home is comfortable, fully equipped, and clean. All of that will pale in comparison though when you’re sitting out back at the river’s edge. Beautiful location on the river and walkable to Trail Market for amazing burritos and necessities.

Absolutely beautiful

We were in town for a celebration of life for my dad. This was his favorite area. This beautiful home on the river had plenty of space for my family, very well stocked, stunning landscape, right on the river. Wonderful week on the Rouge River

Absolutely beautiful, clean, friendly owners, each day we watched the waterfowl playing and fishing in the river, the deer frolicking across the River, I fished the bank everyday ( didn’t catch anything 😁) rafters floated by and waved. We will come back again soon.

We stayed for the week. The property is beautiful. The backyard was the highlight! So peaceful and well maintained. The fire pit was nice in the evening and having the chairs and tables were great for being able to hang out during the day. It was hot, but the trees provide some much welcomed shade. The house was clean and stocked with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. The check in process was easy and the communication with the host was great! We appreciated the board games for some family fun as well!

Clean and spacious

The house and property are very well maintained. Check in process was a breeze. The kitchen is large and has all of the utensils and cookware we needed for making dinner. The host provided a binder of local information and recommendations - greatly appreciated. Sitting on the deck, watching the river would be serene without the constant noise from the highway right in front of the house. The sound from the trucks woke us up at night. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

Great Relaxing place

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place, relaxing to celebrate her birthday and our 29 years anniversary and This place provided just that. The place was clean, Ms. Sandy answered all our questions and concerns and some more. We really enjoyed our time, fishing, site seeing, all was great too. If you are looking for a great place for you and your loved one this is the place. Thanks Ms. Sandy for everything. Sorry we left early at 2 am to catch the plane, but the house was left very clean too, I have pictures and videos if needed. Thank you
