Heaven Can Wait: Beautiful family vacation home which is part of the premier 500-acre Watercolor resort on Florida's Gulf Coast. Located on a quiet street across from a small park, it has a private pool and backyard with a spacious screened porch. Part of Watercolor's Camp district, it is less than a mile from private beach access at the renowned Watercolor Beach Club. Walk or bike one block to Camp Watercolor and enjoy the water slides and lazy river, or take a short bike ride to Seaside, the Watercolor tennis and pickleball center, or the boathouse facility with fishing and kayak and paddle board rentals. You are also just around the corner from shopping for groceries and other conveniences at Watercolor Crossings. Property is rented and managed by owner.

Luxury home is professionally decorated and offers five spacious bedrooms with private full baths, including a 4-bed bunk room for the kids. Sleeps 8 adults aside from the bunk room. Maximum guest capacity of 12. Resort passes will only be issued to registered guests staying at the home.

-Resort club fee is $1012 per week and includes:
Access to all 9 Watercolor pools, including Camp Watercolor with water slides and lazy river,
Watercolor Beach Club and private beach entrance

Tennis and pickleball
-Resort passes are required at all Watercolor amenities for guests ages 5 years and older. You will receive an invitation from the Watercolor HOA asking you to complete registration for your resort access wristbands.

-2 auto parking passes. Driveway has maximum space for 2 vehicles plus golf cart; otherwise vehicles must be parked on community parking pads.
-6 beach bikes


To the Beach, Watercolor and Seaside:
-Walk, bike, or ride the golf cart less than one mile to either Watercolor Beach Club resort or the town of Seaside
-Watercolor Camp pool , lazy river, waterslide, and park activities are a 3 minute walk from home
-Publix grocery store is a short drive or 5 minute bike ride from home
-GEM low-speed vehicle seats six, is available to rent for an additional fee. This is a licensed vehicle that can be driven on roads with a speed limit of 30 mph or less.

Payment information: 50% deposit required upon reserving the property. 100% due 60 days prior to check in. No refunds after 60 days. A $250 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations.
