Tolle Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren 1 Woche Mitte Juli mit unserem Sohn (9 Jahre) da. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in Assenza in der direkten Nähe zur Piazza. Da sie in der zweiten Reihe liegt ist diese trotz der zentralen Lage nicht zu laut. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Man hat für eine Ferienwohnung kein steriles Gefühl und fühlt sich entsprechend wohl. Sowohl die Übergabe als auch die Rückgabe waren mit den Vermietern persönlich (keine Agentur) völlig problemlos. Vor der Ankunft wurden wir gefragt wann wir da sind und auch für die Abreise war die Abstimmung einfach. Wir haben bei der Übergabe neben der üblichen Einweisung viele praktische Tipps erhalten wo wir was im Ort finden und was sich lohnt und was man unternehmen kann. In dem Haus mit ca. 8 weiteren Parteien wohnt auch ein Freund der Vermieter, dem man bei Alltagsfragen ansprechen kann, dieser spricht unter anderem deutsch. Wir können die Wohnung als auch die Vermieter uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Perfekte Lage für Familien. Nette Gastgeber. Toll

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch mitten im Geschehen. Bar und Restarants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung 1-2 Min zu Fuß. Am kleinen Marktplatz hält stündlich der Bus in Richtung Norden und Süden. Die Badestelle ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Direkt an der Ferienwohnung befindet sich eine Terrasse/kleiner Hof der abschließbar ist und somit auch gleich als Abstellplatz für den PKW dienen kann. Ideal mit Kindern, auch kleineren Kindern. Barrierefrei. 2 voneinander getrennte Schlafräume. Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Sehr gerne wieder. Ciao Familie Grunewald

Bestens ausgestattete Wohnung, ruhig, dennoch zentral und 100 m zum Lago. Radweg direkt am Lago!

Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr nett, bemüht und überaus freundlich. Sie übergaben uns die Wohnung persönlich. Das Auto kann sicher, direkt vor der Haustüre, im abgeschlossenen Hof, geparkt werden. Die Einrichtung ist fast neu und die Betten hatten neue, gepflegte Matratzen. Grazie mille, Claudio e Michaela !!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Gardasee

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sie verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, welche bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist mehr als ausreichend und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein abschließbarer Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Wohnung und ein Supermarkt und Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sympatisch.

Toller Familienurlaub mit schöner Umgebung

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Urlaubswochen am Gardasee erlebt! Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit, stets bemüht und sympathisch! Die Wohnung liegt super zentral so das man vor Ort nicht zwingend das Auto braucht! Kurz beim Wasser wo man sehr gut schwimmen kann!!! Restaurants und Lebensmittelgeschäft sehr kurz zu erreichen! Wohnung mit Klimaanlage im Sommer sehr angenehm! Einfach ein schöner Ort um mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden können die Wohnung wirklich weiter empfehlen und möchten uns nochmal bei unseren Vermietern für die tolle Zeit bedanken! Wir Familie mit zwei Kindern (13 und 17 Jahre)

Ho avuto il piacere di ospitare la famiglia Basten. Sono ospiti discreti e rispettosi, hanno avuto cura della casa come fosse la loro! I Signori Basten viaggiano con due cani molto ben educati e non recano nessun disturbo. Davvero una bella famiglia, spero di avere il piacere di ospitarli ancora in futuro!!
