Nice flat but terrible management

Impossible to speak to anyone about booking. Booked 6 nights but then unavailable for first night, Getting in instructions late and inaccurate. Arrived to find fire alarm battery bleeping. Could only report via Whats App. Had to deal with taking off cover from a unit wired into the electricity system as a 74 year old an tiptoes on a soft bed with no proper tools. Maintenance man came 4 days later to attend! PAT testing of appliances 30 months out of date. Lots of equipment but no dishwasher tablets, tea towel, washing powder etc Its a nice flat in an interesting area but the management is hardly bothered about the first yard, never mind the extra mile! Would definitely not recommend. Neighbours pleasant but hostile to the fact that short term lettings are taking place contrary to lease.

London Honeymoon

Is exactly as pictured. Thought location near Kings Cross would make getting around easier and it did. However it is a 1/2 mile walk to train/underground. No bad if your relatively healthy. The balcony overlooks the railway. Always busy and very noisy. Have to keep balcony doors shut. Unable to change apartment temp-got warm.

Great location and amenities at Kings Cross

We had a wonderful visit to London. This apartment is in a great spot within walking distance of the trains and tube. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The flat was very clean, and had plenty of space and everything we needed for me and my two teen/adult children. It felt very secure, and we loved the little convenience store across the street. Check in was a little tricky for us, but was worked out by the owner fairly quickly. Well priced for a good city location.

Fantastic & spacious apartment, ideal for business or a breakaway in Camden area

Sam communicated promptly and assisted with all my questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and spacious with everything you need. For those worried about noise given proximity to the railway tracks, the apartment is super quiet. Access onto Regent’s channel is great for exploring on foot in both directions.

A perfect stay

I had a great time. The flat is immaculate and the modern Kings Cross area is such a cool place. The host was professional and helpful at all times. I will definitely try to book this place again next time i am in London.
