The villa is spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in 3 elegantly designed bedrooms. You can choose from 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed, all in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

RULES

Please not that AC is in the 3 bedrooms. and not in the living room, while ceiling fans are in every room.

Please note that usually on Tuesday and Friday early mornings (between 7:30/9), the pool maintenance person comes. They have the gate keys, so if you are still resting, you might not notice their presence.

Please communicate the time and means of arrival at the time of booking in order to facilitate the check-in process. Late arrivals (after 8 p.m.) are subject to a cash payment to the check-in attendant as follows:

€50 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m;
€100 from 10 p.m to 1 a.m.;
€150 after 1 a.m.

A daily usage of 20 kWh of electricity is guaranteed. Extra consumption will be charged at €0.5 per kWh. This charge does not apply if pool heating is requested.

Kindly be aware that pool heating is available on demand with additional costs, which vary depending on the season. Here is the breakdown of the charges:

January and February: €60 per day
March and April: €40 per day
May, June, September, and October: €30 per day
November: €50 per day
December: €60 per day
Please note that pool heating is not required during July and August, as the water is naturally very warm during these months.

We offer a 50% discount if you use the pool cover overnight, which significantly reduces the energy cost. A manually operated pool cover is available.

The pool heating is typically set to maintain a comfortable temperature of 27 degrees Celsius. However, during the colder seasons, the pool water may be slightly cooler despite the heating efforts.

Please do not disturb the neighbors with loud TV, music, or any other loud noises, especially during the night.

Please turn off the lights, close the windows, heating, and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.

Before leaving the apartment, please ensure that everything is sufficiently tidy, especially the dishes, and dispose of the garbage. For waste accumulated on the last day prior to departure, guests will have the opportunity to dispose of it at the Terrasini Ecological Island C.C.R., open every day from 07:00 to 13:00. If this indication is not followed, a penalty of 120 euros will be applied. It's important to note that the trash disposal charge is not an extra profit but covers the extra expenses we incur with the cleaning company for their services.

Please note that, with prior notice, the host may enter the apartment to perform routine or extraordinary maintenance, meter readings, and/or inspections on behalf of the owners.
Guests must inform the host in the event of any damages or problems with the property, which will be inspected during check-out to assess its condition.
Smoking is only permitted outside the apartments.
In the event of the loss of one or more sets of keys, a fee of € 50 will be charged.

For any emergency interventions that are not attributable to the agency, such as lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment or internet connection issues, an extra payment will be required based on the type of intervention required by the attendant responding to the call.
Please note that for "Essentials" provisions according to Airbnb specifications, which include towels, sheets, soap, and toilet paper, we provide a minimal amount of soap and toilet paper based on the limitations established by local authorities.
A cleaning with a change of sheets and towels at the cost indicated in the listing can be requested and performed at any time.
