5 rooms including 2 rooms with 1 double bed and for one of them sa bathroom (shower, washbasin) and balcony, 2 rooms with 2 single beds with balcony for one of them, 1 bathroom (bath, sink, toilet, washing machine), 1 toilet with washbasin and on the 1st floor a living room with a sitting area (TV - HIFI-DVD player), a dining area (table 10 covered), a kitchen area and a large balcony with panoramic views of the Guisane valley from Briançon to Monêtier les Bains and facing the Luc Alphand piste.
Possibility in the same house, other housing thus carrying the capacity of reception to 26 people. Ski room.
In winter free shuttles circulating every half hour to reach the bottom of the slopes, 20 meters from the house.

Good Ski Apartment

We really liked staying here. The property was very clean. The room upstairs had lovely high ceilings, great views and felt spacious. There were 9 of us in total and plenty of room, although having 3 children age 11-17 in the bunk bed room was a bit of a squeeze. The kitchen had everything we needed except maybe could have done with a few more mugs and some larger water glasses. The property was a little tricky to find and our teens had to suffer 24 hours before we got the WiFi code. Both the double beds were a bit hard, particularly after a day's skiing. All those are smaller issues though and we all thought the apartment was a great place to stay with very easy access to the ski bus. Recommended.

Location superbe , l'appartement est magnifique avec une vue et 2 balcons au top ! Il est très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La navette a 20m est très appréciable, les propriétaires sont très gentils, accueillants et à l'écoute si on a besoin . Nous reviendrons sans hésitation 🙂

Une pièce de vie extra et une vue exceptionnelle, location très agréable et bien située. Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation (nos voisins NL étaient très sympathiques mais un peu bruyants) et une théière aurait également été appréciée, mais la on est dans le détail

Appartement en duplex avec des grandes baies vitrées donnant sur le village et les pistes. Belle vue de jour, comme de nuit. Appartement bien équipé pour 8 personnes et agencé avec goût. Propriétaire accueillant et gentil. Dommage que nous ayons été contraints de partir prématurément en raison du confinement du Covid 19.

Nice property to ski in Serre Chevalier

The house is 10/15 minutes walking from the lifts, approximately 1.5 km. It is composed by two floors, the first entirely dedicated to sleeping rooms and the upper with one sleeping room and a very big kitchen/living room. The kitchen is very well furnished with any facility, we appreciated it very much. Moreover there is a stunning view over the mountains. The property is perfect for maximum 9 people since more hosts would sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, that isn't in my opinion a good option.

It was an amazing property. The views were out of this World and it was far better than it actually looked in the photographs. The views on New Years Eve of the fireworks were fantastic as we could watch all around the valley. The property had everything you needed for a wonderful stay and it was very well equipped with all of the necessities and gadgets you would need. Greetings on arrival and during our stay were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area. Thank you very much for sharing your property with us for eight nights.

Stunning appartement with the option to also rent adjoining appartements if you are a larger group.. Warm welcome from the owner, good location, stunning views and very well equipped. Only slightly let down by very firm beds and a noisy boiler/water system. Look forward to going back..
