Two bedroomed cottage with living room, kitchen and bathroom. Splendid views of Riberac and countryside.
The cottage was built in 2013 and is equipped with a modern kitchen and bathroom. It has internet via a cable,and WiFi and Sky satellite TV and Radio in english and French.
Heating is by electric fires or a portable gas heater. Cooking is by electric stove, microwave and gas hob. The kitchen is supplied with kettle, toaster and all pots and pans. The property is walking distance to Riberac and amenities, which include sports facilities and municipal swimming pool. market day is Friday.

Court mais vraiment sympa !

Nous n’avons séjourné que 2 nuits mais avons apprécié la propreté de ce gite. Idéalement situé près du bourg de Riberac. Le propriétaire est discret et sympathique. Seul bémol ; la douche mériterait d’être changée car trop vétuste.

Prachtige locatie

Deze vakantiewoning ligt op een heuvel boven het stadje Ribérac. Je geniet er van de stilte en de prachtige zonsondergang. Het huisje ligt op 30 meter afstand van het huis van de verhuurder. De verhuurder (Ian White) weet veel te vertellen over de omgeving en kwam met leuke tips. Mr. White thank you for the very nice time we had in your house.

Why they chose this property

The gite is a converted garage/ workshop built in 2013 both for visiting friends and paying guests.
The property is near the town, and has the added advantage of being comfortable winter and summer. The property was built and designed to be cool in summer and warm in winter. Riberac has many facilities and there are good road links to towns airports and rail stations nearby.
