Baulenas House. A beautiful modernist beachfront house

Casa Baulenas is an Indian house located on the seafront of Caldetes (Bcn). With premodernist reminiscences and a stately style, we have converted it into Guest House to be able to share it with all those travelers looking for unique and enriching experiences. It is ideal to share unique days with family or friends, in an idyllic and privileged enclave.

Casa Baulenas is a beautiful house from the end of the 19th century in front of the beach. With capacity for 7 people. It has 4 bedrooms (three doubles and one single) and two bathrooms, one complete on the upper floor and another on the ground floor, next to the kitchen, with shower and toilet. There is the possibility of hiring a double room more with prior agreement with the owner for € 95 a night. In the main dining room and in one of the double rooms there is a courtesy sink. We do not have air conditioning, but the house is very cool and has electric fans on the roof. The garden leads directly to the promenade. It is divided into two areas, an outdoor patio-dining room protected by a pergola and a garden area that can also be used as a parking for two cars.

We are Elia and Alfons, the hosts, and our only concern is that you enjoy your stay in our house, as if it were yours. You will have access to the whole house, kitchen, garden, main dining room, etc ... We live very close to the property and we are available 24 hours a day for anything you need. It is a very old house that needs a specific maintenance which we take care of.
