In this newly built house functionality, design and efficiency are appreciated, all combined in an avant-garde design.

On the ground floor we find a large space where the living room and kitchen are integrated with direct access to the garden area with outdoor dining area, chill-out area, pool and BBQ. On the same floor there is a double room. A bathroom and access to the games room (American billiards and darts) on the lower floor.

On the first floor there are 3 double rooms, with access to the terrace. A bathroom. A laundry room and iron. A master suite with dressing room and terrace with chill-out.
