Very cozy apartment, recently renovated, very centrally located in a quiet area, only 60 meters to the beach, with underground parking space in the same building Decorated with love and with everything you need to spend a good holiday. The kitchen has everything you need, such as coffee maker, oven, microwave. The bathroom has a skylight, so it is very nice to shower in the spacious shower. The room also has natural light and the terrace is cozy and quiet.

Vacances à planta de aro

L'appartement est situé au 2ème sans ascenseur et le garage au sous sol. A préciser sur l'annonce car nous des personnes de 70ans avec des problèmes de santé ce qui ne facilite pas nos déplacements. De plus la propriétaire ne parle pas un mot de français et c'est très embêtant.

Les invités ont eu beaucoup de problèmes à l'avance, même avec la réservation, ils ne pouvaient pas faire face et avaient des problèmes avec tout, internet, cuisinière, machine à laver, télévision etc. J'étais dans l'appartement 5 à 6 fois pour les aider, j'ai beaucoup de convives français, presque exclusivement ; et il n'y avait pas de problème à cause de la langue, je parle espagnol, allemand et anglais, j'ai toujours essayé d'être amical et prêt à aider, comme c'était le cas avec tous les autres clients. le parking est bien sûr au sous-sol, où d'autre , je suis désolé mais celui-ci est un peu maladroit, il a également oublié son sac avec les documents et a dû faire 50 km en voiture pour le récupérer, et je ne peux pas le recommander en tant qu'invité

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage

Der Check in , sowie der Ceckout waren sehr unkompliziert und sehr spontan. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr Zentral, sodass es zu der Einkaufsstraße nur wenige Meter sind. Da die Wohnung sich in einer Nebenstraße befindet ist diese trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist in nur zwei Minuten bewältigt. Der Strand wird leider durch viele Hochhäuser im Hintergrund geprägt, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wenn man aber ein Auto hat kann man sehr viele schöne Buchten in der Umgebung entdecken. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen. Auch die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und man kann bei ihr viel über die Einheimischen Traditionen und das Leben dort erfahren.

Apartamento muy bonito

Alquiler perfecto. Muy bonito y muy limpio. Hemos estado muy cómodos pues tiene todo lo que hace falta. Muy céntrico y el hecho de tener parking nos has resultado muy práctico. Brigitte una gran anfitriona pendiente de si estaba todo bien .

Ein Herzstück von Wohnung und Vermietung

Es war eine wunderschöne und unvergessliche Zeit in Platja de Aro. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung von Herzen weiter und können absolut nichts bemängeln... Wir kommen jedes Jahr nach Platja und haben schon viele Wohnungen/Apartments/Hotels gebucht gehabt. Doch dieses hier, ist von der Lage, Ausstattung, Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Sauberkeit der Wohnung der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir kommen definitiv in diese Wohnung zurück! Vielen lieben Dank Brigitte :)
