From first entering the condo was perfect. Clean and inviting. Rooms were very large..Sitting on balcony every morning drinking coffee was awesome. Kitchen large and furnished with anything you would need. Contacting the host was very easy and quickly contacted. Would return again.

We loved the condo and its location. Could sit on the balcony overlooking the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Very convenient to the beach walkway and pool. We appreciated having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes. Beverly was easy to communicate with and provided an updated and well equipped kitchen. It was perfect for our family.

Our beach vacation was perfect! Beverly, the hostess, was always available and answered every question or concern. The property was awesome! They literally thought of everything to make a beach vacation wonderful. The condo was set up perfectly. All beach needs were available for all ages in our group. I definitely recommend this place if you are looking to spend time with your family for a beach vacation!

Beverly was an excellent host, she was so helpful and went out of her way to help when we had a problem with our grandson losing his contact and having to get a new one delivered into the complex. The condo was amazing, every room was relaxing and inviting made you feel at home. The view was amazing, picture perfect. You could feel the love and pride that Beverly and her family take in owning their beautiful condo.

The place was gorgeous- not just the views but the condo itself! The beds were wonderful and it had everything you could need besides bringing your own food. Communication was quick with any questions we had. My only tip for anyone with elderly or handicap- Shipwatch building itself might not be for you. There are stairs right off your elevator to get to condo as well as stairs for getting to pool or beach. Thankfully our elderly couple with us could handle them but if you have scooters or wheelchairs this would create an issue.

This is an exceptional property. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, nicely furnished, vacations like someone's personal home. Great views from the deck of the ocean. We will definitely be back next year!

The unit was clean and very cutely decorated with a beach theme. Love how well stocked the kitchen was. They have spices, crockpot, cookware and just about everything you need if you want to cook. Balcony has a beautiful view of the beach. Beverly was very helpful and responsive. She even gave us extra time to check out. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Great Place and Location

The beachfront condo is in great condition and the location is awesome. The view is truly breathtaking. We definitely will stay here again if we visit Amelia Island.
