A semi detached stone cottage, comfortably furnished enjoys the wonderful tranquil setting within the grounds of 'Buchere Ville'. The cottage has two floors and a veranda with outside dining table in a south facing garden/ court yard with a great view into the valley and mountains. It has original stone walls, the water is heated with solar energy. Casa Prima is part of the Eco-Holiday Resort „Buchere Ville“. The guests of the Casa Prima share a spectacular swim lake, and a sports ground to play tennis or other ball games. Casa Prima is ideal for a couple or a small family. There is 1 bedroom ensuite on the first floor, sleeps 4, and at the groundfloor an open living space with kitchen and dining table.

Verkeerde indeling appartementen

Het complex bestaat uit 4 appartementen waarvan 2 voor grotere groepen. Aangezien we er in juni waren was 1 groter appartement alleen in een weekend bezet. Voor de overige tijd waren we helemaal alleen in het complex. Als de grotere appartementen bezet zijn, geeft dat ook meteen veel meer lawaai, aangezien ze met veel mensen zijn. Verder zat er een plafondplaat los dat 's nachts lawaai gaf omdat het waaide. Wanneer we het raam dicht lieten was er geen lawaai. Het antwoord van de beheerder hierop was dat we dan maar het raam dicht moesten laten. We waren er 2 weken. Na een week moesten we zelf om schone lakens vragen, anders hadden we die niet gekregen.

Als u een vakantiehuis boekt in een resort met nog 4 vakantiehuizen, mag de gast verwachten dat er andere gasten zijn die van de plaats genieten. De slaapkamer in Casa Prima heeft 4 grote ramen en om te vragen om één raam te sluiten was in de tussentijd een goed werkende oplossing, we hebben uitgelegd dat het erg moeilijk is om het dak tijdens het verblijf van de gasten zonder onderbrekingen te controleren omdat het dak erg hoog. We wensen jou en je familie het beste.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the nature and soul of Piemonte.

We enjoyed the house and the garden areas. Modern and comfortable but with an authentic feeling in style and materials. The pool area was relaxing, refreshing and never crowded. We especially enjoyed the friendly hospitality and helpfulness from our hosts.
