Gorgeous, beachfront condo right on the Gulf of Mexico in South Seas Club, a private 55-acre gated community. Situated atop of Tower I in South Seas West, you can enjoy the white sand of Marco's crescent beach or the luxury of the heated pool, just steps from your door. Relax on the wrap around balcony and watch Marco Island's most beautiful sunsets! Access to on-site fitness center is free with rental. Tennis, bocce, pickleball courts, boat docks are also available for a fee.

My parents first came to Marco Island in the late 1960's when there was one dirt road leading to a single hotel. Over the years, our family has watched this island gem morph into one of the most beautiful vacation destinations on earth. The largest and northernmost of the Ten Thousand Islands, Marco Island radiates a relaxed rhythm that's friendly and welcoming to all. Located near Naples and spread out along a 4-mile stretch of white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, luxury resorts and high-rise condos dot the coastline.
