We had a very pleasant stay
We had a pleasant stay at Copperstone Resort. The suite was comfortable and clean and very well equipped with supplies from spices, to ironing board, washer, dryer, shampoo, extra kleenex, gargbage bags, etc. We only spend four days but it is the very first time that we stay in a resort and do not need to call and ask for anything extra, thank you! We also enjoyed the coffee shop around the corner and the liquor store. We had a busy week end but still had time to enjoy the walking trails to the river and the mountain view from our deck. Our only concern was the amount of dust accumulated around the furnace in the suites laundry room. We checked the filters and they were filled and clearly needed to be replaced. We feel that good air quality is a priority. We would definitely return to Copperstone Resort but bring this up right away if needed. We did not because we had a wedding and had no time to spare. Thank you for the experience!

I’m so glad to hear you had a wonderful stay! Thank you as well for letting me know about the furnace filter—I really appreciate your attention to detail. I’ve already had it replaced so everything will be fresh for the next guests. I hope the rest of your time here was just as comfortable and enjoyable.

Copperstone is clean, quiet, comfortable. We enjoyed our short stay.
We had a great stay. The condo was super clean and very well equipped with anything you might need. The ground level outdoor assess was great and easy with the dogs. There was very nice hiking trail nearby along the river. We would definitely stay again.
Really hard to figure out where you are suppose to park and where the condo actually is. We ended up next door and a very friendly receptionist gave us a map and explained how and where we needed to be. Grills and jucuzzi where to busy to use.
Very nicely appointed, comfortable, well-stocked with basic cooking needs, towels, pillows, etc. Nice location just south of Canmore and 20 minutes from Banff. The underground garage parking was very convenient and the shared hot tub was a welcome reprieve after a day of hiking in Banff National Park.
Beautiful property, nicely appointed, great amenities!Condo owner very helpful and responsive.I would definitely recommend this place to all. FANTASTIC!!!!!!
Just like photos. Great bedding, extra blankets, enough towels, in-suite washer and dryer, supplies that we did not have to go to grocery store to purchase as enough was provided for our stay, and very comfortable patio furniture for my morning and evening beverages. Quiet are too. We've stayed to Copperstone a few times in various condos, this was the best in cleanliness, supplies, furniture, and extra bedding as a couple of us like to be blanketed when watching tv or reading. Very dog friendly unit and facility. Used hot tub once, and can contest it is very hot. Great stay!
The suite was comfortable and had a nice kitchen and porch space. The main bedroom had a nice king bed and extra pillows and blankets. The bunk room beds were not as soft for adults, but the room was clean and as pictured. The whole resort was clean, and accessible and had a nice trail behind it. We were disappointed a couple nights when the bbq and the hot tub were being serviced, but those were perks we weren't expecting anyway. Overall it was a good location, clean, quick to hop on the road to Banff and Canmore, and the seating and kitchen were great with dishwasher and laundry. Negative was the ground floor meant we heard very noisy neighbors above us on 2 nights until 1am, one night a family party and second night just moving around, furniture scraping, doors opening, walking that sounded like stomping. We also had 2 early morning 5am neighbors checking out and you could hear the suitcases and walking.Floors are not sound proof.
Great stay. 5 STARS. Very clean, good parking, great location. Absolutely recommend.

Just GREAT!
Absolutely loved staying in this condo. It is beautiful and homey and on more than one occasion, my daughter and I said we could live there! The condo is nicely stocked, super clean, comfortable beds and furniture. The porch is perfect for morning coffee or an adult beverage after long days of hiking. The location couldn't be better. Less than 10 minutes from Canmore and probably 20 from Banff village. I also loved that there is a gas station so close by. The owner, Cathy, was absolutely wonderful. Always accessible for any questions I had. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever find myself up in this area again.
Overall very impressed with accommodations. The unit was well equipped and comfortable for a family of four. One small issue was that they were performing maintenance on one of the days and had to shut off the water for a couple of hours in the middle of the day. The front desk indicated that notice was sent out a week in advance, and that would have been nice to know before booking. Normally it wouldn’t have been an issue but we had a formal function we were getting ready for that day and had to make alternate arrangements with friends in the area for showering and getting ready for the event. Other than that, it was a great stay in a great condo.

when we arrived at the condo we found it to be very clean and everything that we may need or our stay was there for our use.
We particularly like the washer and dryer so that we can have clean laundry when we were ready to leave.
The host Cathy was vey pleasant and always helpful.

Clean and spacious fantastic stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Copperstone Resort, Cathy was responsive despite a small hiccup in our check-in and the condo was exactly as depicted online. Would stay here again every time we're in the area!
The condo is very clean with nice furnishings. Check in was not as smooth as it could have been. The upstairs occupants were nonstop thumping around starting very early and went until 11 pm. This is out of Cathy’s control, but made for early morning starts. I would consider staying again if we knew if the upstairs occupants are not permanent residences.

Thank you for your review. The reason you did not get your check-in information is because you did not complete the reservation by doing the rental agreement. If the rental agreement is not sent back, the system does not send you checking information.
I’m sorry that the guests on top of you were noisy but as you mentioned that is out of my control. This condo complex is a short term rental building. No owners are allowed to live in the building. It is only for guests.
I am sorry that you had some issues with your stay. But both of the things that you mentioned were out of my control.

Quiet and clean space!
We stayed at the Copperstone Resort for our first Alberta stay. The resort had everything we needed, including plenty of towels and kitchen amenities during our stay. The unit and building was clean and quiet. It was the perfect little oasis with plenty of mountain views.

We stayed at the copperstone resort recently on a vacation to Banff, Yoho, and Kootenay national parks. We stayed in a 2 bedroom which had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The parking was secure in a locked garage. We used the large hot tub. It's convient to both Banff and Kootenay parks. I would consider staying here again.
Everything with the condo went great, only issues we had were the neighbors. They don’t respect the quiet times 10pm-8am. Every night of our stay we were awoken or had trouble getting to sleep due to the noise. On our last night the people next door were out on the patio till we asked them to be quiet at 5:30am.
Everything within the condo owner’s contract was good.
