Great location, nice and new apartment
Perfect location, close to the old town and the sea. Spacious and bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 balconies. Parking just beside the building. The host sent us video-instructions and it was very easy to find everything. We didn't mind the number of stairs (100) ;)

Overall, we highly recommend this place for its comfort, location, and hospitality!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It's bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for cooking, and having A/C units in every room was a huge plus, especially during the warmer days. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short and pleasant walk to both the old town and the beach. Another major advantage is the parking lot located right next to the house—such a relief not having to worry about finding a spot. Communication with the landlord was seamless. They were always quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay.

Admirable and clean accommodation!
Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Sie befindet sich im 6sten Stock eines Mehrfamilien Haus. Man ist in 5 Minuten Zu fuß im Stadtkern von Rovinj. Man hat einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür was toll ist da das Parken in Rovinj ziemlich teuer ist. Die Kommunikation mit Nautilus hat super geklappt.
