This is a very well tasted and stylish apartment, located on the ground floor in a historic building between Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square. In the restoration of the House all the possible original architectural elements have been conserved and a unique space has been created where the guest will be able to enjoy calm atmosphere with all the comfort.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed of 1.50 m and en suite bathroom with shower, the another one has two individual beds of 0.90 m, and the third bathroom with shower is located right in front of this bedroom. There is a beautiful living room overlooking the Gardens and the Plaza de Santa Cruz, with a small balcony where our guest will be able to sit, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.
In the renovation of the building, architectural and historical remains of the old House have been maintained, and proof of this is the original walls and the beautiful arch, all of brick, which you will find all around the buelding, giving it elegance and unique distinction.
The surroundings of the apartment are unique, Santa Teresa Street and Plaza de Santa Cruz are two of the most beautiful streets in Santa Cruz quarter, full of History and tradition. Close to the apartment there are small traditional bars where our guests are able to taste the best tapas in the city, small shops and endless places to visit. The Cathedral, the Alcázar, and the Giralda are within walking distance.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. Very good location and lovely accommodations. Slight issues were the limited amount of hot water for showers - during some of the hottest weather and the small clothes drying rack. An improvement would be to have a bigger drying rack or 2-3 drying racks. The host was very accommodating when we had ‘checked out’ with the keys inside and then realized a cell phone had been left behind. The host made a great effort to get someone there to open the door for the phone to be retrieved. Many thanks!

Regarding the suggestions mentioned, we would like to mention that the apartment is equipped with a hot water system designed to cover the full capacity of guests allowed in the property. However, as indicated in the apartment’s description, it may occasionally run out after very prolonged use, but it simply requires a few minutes to regenerate.
As for the drying rack, we truly appreciate your suggestion and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

Great location within the old city but still removed from the noise of the busier streets. The layout of the apartment was fantastic and although it was a ground level unit sunlight was abundant and there were no privacy concerns. Only downside was construction next door which we learned about a little late and the fact that a second set of keys was not available which would have been more convenient for our family.
Absolutely loved the property. Great location and had everything we needed. Would recommend 100%!!!!

Overall I would rate this property as great for its location and it was very clean as well. Prospective guests should be aware that none of the bedrooms has an outside window which can make the unit feel stuffy. However I still believe that given its location, the communication with the management company and the price it was a good value.

This apartment was, like others have said, in the perfect location! But it was also super comfortable! Our check-in was great and welcoming, and I appreciate the little gifts left for our use. Online, it seemed to have a weird layout from the pictures but in reality it was fabulous. My family and I loved staying here! Plus, it was well-worth the money (a great value)!

Great location, but...
The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It's on the most charming street that is steps away from boutiques and restaurants. It's also walking distance from Sevilla highlights. The downside is that the apartment has had water damage as seen by the floorboards, and it smells strongly like mold. The whole place has a damp, sour, rotting odor and 2 of us became congested and 1 became sick as a result.

My husband, teenage son and I loved this clean, pretty, and light-filled apartment right on the historic Plaza de Santa Cruz. The location is perfect—very central, and in such a picturesque and interesting neighborhood.
We arrived during Holy Week. It was wonderful to see the Pasos and feel the energy with so many people of all ages in the streets. We were careful to behave respectfully as it is clearly an authentic religious experience, not a show for tourists. The different processions may mean you need to take alternate routes when walking around the city, but if you are able to slow down and appreciate the meaning and beauty of the occasion, I highly recommend it. Hearing and watching the bells ring out from the Giralda on Easter morning was amazing.
As mentioned, the location of the apartment is ideal. The Cathedral and Alcázar are less than a 10 minute walk. For runners/walkers/bikers, the path by the river is excellent and only 10 minutes from the apartment (also recommend the naval museum inside the Torre del Oro). Exploring the Parque María Louisa and Plaza de España was another one of our favorite activities, an easy 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Right across the street from the apartment is the Tablao Flamenco Los Gallos where we went to see the classic folk singing, dancing and guitar playing. It's a small room and both performers and audience thoroughly enjoyed the show together. If you'd like a good view of the city and a movie about the soul of Sevilla, we had a great time at Las Setas which is a giant wooden sculpture with viewpoints. This was also a great spot from which to watch the Holy Week processions.
I won't spend time on restaurants as there is an abundance of top rated places all over the city, and so many right in the neighborhood of Santa Cruz itself that it was hard to choose. Plus, the apartment has a full kitchen, so you can cook in whenever you want.
We took a day trip to Córdoba by train (very easy). The station is a 25 minute walk, which can be a bit far on a hot day with bags, but Cabify worked well to get back and forth.
Overall, we highly recommend Sevilla and this apartment!

Appartement is ruim en mooi alleen ventilatie en airco is niet oke. Erg veel vocht binnen en daardoor ook veel vochtproblemen.
Très bel appartement bien équipé et très fonctionnel. L'accueil a été parfait. L'appartement est très bien situé ce qui permet de tout faire à pied très facilement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
