Moving upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled living room, illuminated by a skylight and a window offering panoramic views of the majestic Giralda tower. On this floor, you’ll also discover the second bedroom. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with showers. One boasts a spacious queen-size bed measuring 1.50 x 1.90 meters, while the other offers two twin beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 meters each. Undoubtedly, the highlight of this apartment is its magnificent terrace with a sun deck and a refreshing shallow pool (open from April to September inclusive), allowing you to cool off while enjoying breathtaking views of the charming Santa Cruz neighborhood and the iconic Giralda tower.
The surrounding area of the apartment is simply incomparable. Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two enchanting locations, brimming with history and tradition.
