Stunning apartment located in an amazingly well convenient area, in the heart of Malasaña neighborhood, five minutes’ walk from Gran Via and ten from Chueca neighborhood. Just in the city center.

The apartment consists of a facing outside big living room and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for all your needs. Three bedrooms- furnished all with double bed-. Two of them have a private bathroom, plus another one complet bathroom across the hall. Perfect for six people.

Near every local point of interest (both cultural and leisure spots). Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.

The apartment is located on a four floor with elevator (there are just few steps from the elevator to the flat).

One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. This place was perfect for 6 adults. Comfortable rooms, wonderful common space, a kitchen with all we needed to make breakfast each morning. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We had a great time in Madrid and felt very safe and comfortable in our apartment. Thank you for easy communication and a lovely stay!

Awesome Apartment and Centrally Located

check in was easy. On Day of arrival, codes and entry information was provided. Facility matched description of apartment. It was very hot the week we were in Madrid but A/C worked well and kept us cool. Nice little restaurant next door was ideal for quick and good breakfast. Definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting in Madrid.

Beautiful apartment, well decorated, lots of space, quiet. Tricky stairs and air conditioning.

Quiet apartment, beautifully decorated, has everything you need in the apartment. Lots of space. The air conditioning remotes did not seem to work in any of the rooms. Lots of steps before the elevator and apartment that make it hard for people with lots of suitcases.
