This vacation home offers 2 bedrooms with King Size beds, 1 bedroom with Queen Size bed, 2 bunk beds with double on the bottom and single on top. Home sleeps 12 people. Home has a open floor plan for entertaining. Fully stocked kitchen. Special features, 50" flat screen TV in living room, flat screen in all bedrooms and family room. Directv in all rooms, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, AC, Washer and Dryer, DVD players, games, toys.

Enjoy Lake view from the 10 x 35 foot deck in the upper section of the house. You may also bring your boat or rent a boat at the local Marina. You can fish or swim from our private dock. If you enjoy golf Lakeside golf course is around the corner. Restaurant, Grocery Stores within 2 miles from home. Fire pit, Charcoal grill lower deck and Gas grill located upper deck
Lake Milton 1,685 acre reservoir offers the best in boating, swimming, fishing which is popular for the stocked, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Channel Catfish, Smallmouth Bass, Brown Bullhead, Yellow Perch, White Bass, and Muskellunge. A Ohio fishing license is required. Lake Milton is a unlimited horsepower Lake.

Craig Beach offers a 600 foot beach, restrooms, change booths, showers, playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball court. Lake Milton also features a 1.25 mile nature trail and paved bike/ walking path. Lake Milton is a great lake to enjoy all types of water sports such as water skiing, tubing, wakeboarding, jet ski, and kayaking.

Lake Milton is located in Northeastern Ohio just 45 minutes from Akron, 1 hour from Cleveland and 1 hour from Pittsburgh. Lake Milton is part of the Ohio State Park system and is one of the highest rated State Parks in Ohio. Locally there are 5 Wineries, 3of which can be gotten to by boat.

easy check in with keypad. the kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils. there are two propane grills on the deck right outside the kitchen which was very convenient. ice machine was making minimal ice but the refrigerator cools well. there is a large table that seats 8-10 people in dining area.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property did not disappoint! We traveled with 12 people and there was room for all of us! The house was absolutely amazing and had everything that we needed for the week.

This place is perfect for a large family. More room than you could imagine. Accessibility to the lake is great! John is an amazing host and very prompt with answers to your questions. We will continue to return to this property when we are in the area. This was our second stay.

Just what we needed

We spent our family Christmas here. It was exactly what we needed. Lots of room for the kids to play and also adults to just hang out. I'm sure it is even more beautiful in the summer with the Lake.

Annual Famiky Gathering

We get together every Thursday for the son, father and grandfather to work on their hotrods. We come annually to the Rockabilly Ruckus and this is the best place we have stayed. It was roomy enough for our big family. It was infant friendly and the owners communicated quickly and were so helpful. Thank you for a great time!!

Shallow water

Property was very clean and as represented. Owner very responsive. Only negative was the unexpected shallowness of the lake, often not deeper than 5 feet even hundreds of yards from shore, and as little as 1 foot in spots. Any powerboaters should be aware of this.

This home is NOT lakefront with a lake view. At best it has a peak of the water b/c a new home was built that blocks the water view. The listing needs to be updated. The exterior of the property had overgrown shrubbery to the extent the back walkway had branches hitting you as exited the home to the yard. Additionally the back lower level patio furniture was grimy. The patio had dead leaves and a carcass of what appeared to be a rabbit under the patio couch. The house layout was fine, but the home is lacking in cleanliness. We had to change the sheets on one of the beds before we could use it. The game room had a broken gaming machine, a broken air hockey table, and the pool table had no pockets so the pool balls fell out onto the floor. My family and I were severely disappointed. From the pictures in the listing we expected to have a lakefront home with a lake view, which we did not have. We made the best of our stay, but if I had an accurate description of this property, I would not have chosen this home.

House was nice , the dock is farther then what the picture shows. Dishwasher didn't work, was a worry with the illness that's going around,top step was cracked & needs repaired. reported to owner twice no help

Perfect lakefront location

This home was beautifully furnished. Comfy beds. Very clean and kitchen well stocked with silverware and dishes. Even paper plates and plastic utensils We loved being able to dock our boat a short walk through the yard. We have stayed here before and loved the updates such as wider driveway and new deck furniture. Loved the keypad entry and lock. We refilled the propane as it was almost empty. So don’t forget to check before you start cooking. Sparkle grocery store 2 mi or so away has propane and any forgotten groceries. There was plenty of room for my kids and grandkids and love that it has 3 full bathrooms with plenty of towels. Bring your own bath soap but plenty of hand soap and dish detergent was already there. Grandkids loved playing by the dock but make sure they wear water shoes as there are sone sharp rocks and items in the water. Very convenient location especially if you have a boat. Two fireplace areas and lots of chairs for fire

Disappointed

I will start with the things that we liked about the house. We loved the open floor plan of the upstairs and the ability of having the boat dock. They had plenty of towels and it was nice to have all the sheets and pillow cases we needed. The disappointing issues were that we found dirty dishes in the kitchen and furniture that was broken before we got there and then we were charged for them. The dinning room chair was damaged, the table in the basement was missing a leg and the bench on the patio was broken. The maintenance man came a little after lunch to cut the lawn which disturbed our day and then returned at 9:30pm to fix the broken table in the basement. That was crazy!! The walk to the water was VERY wet and marshy. Every time we went to the boat we had to clean our feet off because of the fresh cut grass that got every where. It was very disappointing to have maintenance people show up and interrupt our vacation.

Our stay was great. Unfortunately, the mattresses could have been more comfortable. There is no lake view from the house, the house next door is new construction and blocks the view now. We had to walk through squishy and sometimes muddy ground to get down to the lake. After cleaning the house well, we were told there was an "unidentified black powder" left on the basement floor. We took pictures when we left and the 300 charge was later refunded, but renter beware. It took me hours of my time to get this money back.

Weekend celebration

I had a few of my brother’s friends in for the weekend to golf, grill, and celebrate his marrying for the first time. (He’s 50). That was the age group. We were going to boat, which would have been perfect, but the weather turned us away. We sat around, laughed, grilled, and had a great time. This is s great house for all ages We didn’t even have a chance to take advantage of all of the game room. Tons of space, and the beds are all comfortable and accommodating in their rooms. Had an incredible visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. You could tell it was early in the season and we were one of the first to stay there. All in all an incredible stay.

Good, could be great…

Met the need for a family Christmas gathering!Overall a very spacious with more than ample room for 9 people. The kitchen was well appointed and met every need we had. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out in the basement and take advantage of bumper pool and video game. The bathrooms were clean and the hot water tank held out!! Overall would recommend John’s place again, and would be looking to check availability when the biggest amenity, the lake can be utilized.

Get Away for Gathering

This is a lovely home which does have a small dock and access to the lake. There is a yard with a fire pit and a path back to the water. The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to the public boat launch area in under 5 minutes. The house has plenty of areas for gathering together or relaxing alone. It's a good choice for getting together with family and/or friends.

Very clean, good location but a bit worn.

Things were very clean and the layout was wonderful for eight adults. The deck off the kitchen was great. The couch in the main living room was very low and hard to get out of. The two recliners in the living room were broken down. The mattresses in the main floor bedrooms were also broken down. My daughter said the couch downstairs was fine.
