About this property

Unwind and Relax at Vineyard with Hot Tub and Massage On Site!

Located on over 2 acres in Rural NE Ohio in Mahoning County near Youngstown and less than 90 minutes from both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Our home includes a mix of the old and the new. Built in 1899 the farmhouse has been newly remodeled to include three and half baths with beautifully tiled floors and modern bath fixtures to include a jetted tub, five foot walk in shower, and clawfoot tub. We have three bedrooms all with their own baths, fireplaces, Smart T.V., free WIFI. An outside deck provides extraordinary views of the winery and vineyards, hot tub, patio furniture, gas grill and gas fire pit for starlit, quiet relaxing evenings. On site massages can be scheduled for a couples or girls getaway. There are an abundance of things to do including two large recreational lakes nearby offering boating, water skiing, fishing and swimming with boat rental facilities available. Mill Creek Metro Parks has an abundance of hiking as well as bike rentals.

Beautiful farm house. Beds are so comfy. On site massage is a must! We absolutely loved the hot tub. The deck and fire pit make for a great place to hang out. Perfect location. We will most definitely stay here again!

Lovely house!

My friends and I needed a quiet place to chill for a weekend. The house is close to the road, but it isn’t very busy and private enough. The deck is nice, the fireplace is great for hangs, and the hot tub was a treat! We loved the interior fireplaces and the Google speaker. Everyone reported their bed was comfy!

Great retreat!

Our family had a great, relaxing time. It was just what we needed. The hot tub was so relaxing and the beds were amazing. Room for togetherness and when you want to spend some time apart. Looking forward to going back for a girl's weekend sometime soon!

Great girls weekend away

This house was the perfect place for a quiet girls weekend away! We had a lovely time hanging out here, and loved being able to walk to the winery. The weather was beautiful so we spent much of our time on the deck looking out over the grape harbors. We were looking for a place to spend the weekend catching up with one another and this was the perfect place to do just that.

Very Nice Property

We had a great time at the house. It was very clean and comfy including the king bed on the first floor. Brenda was helpful in getting us checked in providing information on the area. The hot tub was really nice every night. Lots to do in the area if you like water sports, hiking or biking.

Better than expected

Not to say that we had low expectations but the pics do not do the property justice. Must see to believe. From the fireplaces in every bedroom to the hot tub to the serenity of the lot itself, we had a blast on the deck listening to music, grilling food and taking in the electric fire pit. We’ll never go back to fire logs again! We will definitely be back!

Adorable farmhouse

We came in from out of town to visit all our family that live locally. We absolutely loved staying at this location. The house is a very cute old farmhouse that has an updated bed and bathroom rooms, with firplaces, jacuzzi tubs etc. Rooms and bathrooms were immaculate, the owners added nice touches ie chocolates, teas, coffee and all the necessities. The bonus that we loved was the firepit and hot tub. It was warm during the day but we used the hot tub and firepit every night. I highly recommend this location. You can tell the owmer take a lot of pride of their property and making sure the guest have the best experience. We will be back!

The house was wonderful and clean. It was nice and quiet. The deck and fire pit were great for relaxing, as was the hot tub. The property size is great for privacy, and being a short walk from the winery was a nice perk! The host left an array of snacks and chocolates, which was a nice touch. Overall, the hosts and house made a great experience for our reunion of 6!

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, bathrooms are great and beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a huge plus and we loved listening to the band at the winery while in it. Our host was a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive, kind and helpful.
