About this property

Unwind and Relax at Vineyard with Hot Tub and Massage On Site!

Located on over 2 acres in Rural NE Ohio in Mahoning County near Youngstown and less than 90 minutes from both Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Our home includes a mix of the old and the new. Built in 1899 the farmhouse has been newly remodeled to include three and half baths with beautifully tiled floors and modern bath fixtures to include a jetted tub, five foot walk in shower, and clawfoot tub. We have three bedrooms all with their own baths, fireplaces, Smart T.V., free WIFI. An outside deck provides extraordinary views of the winery and vineyards, hot tub, patio furniture, gas grill and gas fire pit for starlit, quiet relaxing evenings. On site massages can be scheduled for a couples or girls getaway. There are an abundance of things to do including two large recreational lakes nearby offering boating, water skiing, fishing and swimming with boat rental facilities available. Mill Creek Metro Parks has an abundance of hiking as well as bike rentals.

The house was beautiful just as the pictures showed. Love the fireplaces, hot tub, and fire pit. The winery was closed on the days we were there but we walked up and looked around. Next time I will book when the winery is open. The hosts were excellent and the massages were wonderful. I will book again when I am in that area!!

Great spot for a group a friends to connect. We went to the winery next door, had massages at the house, and slept comfortably in the beds. I especially loved the fireplaces all throughout the house.

The hosts are amazing. The house and property is set up for a comfortable and relaxing sray. The property is in front of a winery which is amazing. The beds were comfortable. The deck, fire pit, and hot tub was relaxing. Overall i highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet get away with plenty to do nearby.

I cannot express enough how great Brenda and her husband were. Communication was fast and efficient. It is an older style house with wood floors. We spent a lot of time on the deck and in the hot tub. Lots of hiking close by in the state parks. All the rooms have fireplaces but it was warm when we were there so didn’t use them. Absolutely loved watching the sunrise over the adjacent vineyard while sitting in the hot tub. A very nice quiet place we even got to hear a live band that was playing at the vineyard from the comfort of the deck. 100 percent what we were looking for in a out of the way place to relax and enjoy time with the family.

A clean, tastefully decorated farmhouse with a vintage feel yet containing modern conveniences such as the gas firplaces (the one in the family room even utilizes Google voice command - granddaughters got a real thrill out of that feature). Beds were very comfy and the view from the back deck was beautiful with the Fall colors still filling the trees behind the vineyard. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I are parents of 4 adult daughters and 2 son in laws as well as grandparents to six grandchildren. Bob and I work together to take care of the house as well as caring for our grandchildren during the week. Bob worked as a millwright in a steel mill but recently retired in the spring of 2019. We both grew up in a nearby suburb and moved to the rural Mahoning county when we married and began our family 36 years ago. We currently live just 4.5 miles from the house in Ellsworth, Oh. We love meeting new people and hosting them at our rental home and look forward to meeting you.

We are located in rural Berlin Center, Ohio with over 2 acres of property situated just in front of Mastropietro Winery and near 4 additional wineries and 2 recreational lakes. You can enjoy a quiet relaxing getaway at the wineries with firepits and starlit skies, and in house massage and outdoor hot tub or enjoy the outdoors at the lakes with boat, jet ski, kayak, and canoe rentals available for both lakes. Also close by in Mahoning county is Mill Creek Metro Parks with plenty of hiking, golfing, horse facilities, concerts at Covelli Center, Stambaugh Auditorium and The Youngstown Ampitheater, Gambling and horse racing at Mahoning Valley Race Course, antiquing, and craft fairs at Shaker Woods.
