Traditional waterfront house

The house is located at the bottom of the bay of Locquirec, with a breathtaking view of the sea and the small port of Locquirec, barely 100 m from the beach. The house is not overlooked.
The beach is 2 minutes walk.
The accommodation capacity is 7 people (3 bedrooms).
The house is composed on the ground floor, of a living / dining room opening onto a garden, facing the sea (unobstructed view of the port of Locquirec), of a large bedroom with a double bed, '' an open kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. 1 bathroom + WC and separate WC on the ground floor
Upstairs: 2 large bedrooms with a sea view for one, each with a double bed. One is equipped with an additional single bed and the other with a cot. A bathroom and separate WC upstairs.
The living room opens, through a French window, onto a large lawned garden with garden furniture, barbecue.
Household linen (sheet, duvet cover) is provided.

Leaving Locquirec, the steep rocky coast offers magnificent views of the sea. Lovers of underwater fishing will be delighted by the richness of the fauna.
The hiking trails traced by the sea (GR34) or in the interior will allow you to discover the Trégor.

Comfortable house in a beautiful setting

My wife and I spent a lovely week in Locquirec. The house was well equipped and very clean, and Gérard took the time to give us a tour and explained all necessary info. We loved the view, and the traffic noise was quieter than I had imagined, which was good. The free bus that runs in July/Aug/Sept is very handy to explore the area, and the Super-U supermarket is fantastic, with great meat and fish counter. Just a couple of suggestions for future visits: - it would be nice if towels were provided (both bathroom and beach towels) - in case of bad weather, it would be fantastic if some sort of cover could be added to one side of the house (or even just a large parasol to keep out sun/rain etc) We had a great time in Brittany and I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Sehr nette Vermieterin!

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend! Sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus ist außen im bretonischen Stil, innen hat es die persönliche Note der Vermieter. Als das WLAN ausfiel, wurde sich direkt darum gekümmert. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist zwar die Hauptstraße, aber mit der Geräusch Kulisse hält es sich in Grenzen. Der Strand ist schön und es gibt vor allem für Kinder, viele tolle kleine Muscheln zu sammeln. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Bretagne pur erleben

Das Haus liegt an der Dorfstraße, der Blick von dort auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Schritte. Das Grundstück ist groß und bietet genügend Privatsphäre. Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe ausgesucht und in sich stimmig.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison agréable et confortable. L'emplacement est idéal pour se baigner, marcher ( Gr devant la maison). La terrasse sur le côté de la maison est parfaite pour manger le midi et le soir à l'abri du soleil et du vent.

Vous y serez très bien!

Nous revenons de notre séjour à Locquirec et je peux vous assurer que vous vous y sentirez comme chez vous! La maison est située à 3 min de la plage, elle possède une magnifique vue, jardin clôturé, une cuisine bien équipée. Seul bémol, c'est le bruit de la route mais ça personne n'y peut rien! En plus, une fois tout fermé, c'est le calme qui règne dans la maison. allez y vous ne serez pas décu

Ideal für Familien die eine direkte Strandnähe suchen . Fussläufig 2 Minuten zum Strand . Das Haus ist nett mit sehr netten Vermietern . Diese sind bei dem kleinsten Problem sofort da und erledigen ihren Job vorzüglich. Das einzigste Manko an diesem Haus ist die Straße die in der Saison bis in die frühen Abendstunden sehr befahren ist. Das ist das einzigste was ich da bemängele , dafür ist die Lage genial das ich das gern in Kauf genommen habe .

Propriété propre et très pratique pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et un grand jardin clos pour déjeuner et dîner tranquillement. La propriétaire est très gentille et nous explique bien tout.

Bien pour une semaine

Les plus: La maison est proche de la plage (2 minutes à pied), moderne et bien équipée. La connexion wifi est très bonne. Les moins: La maison est en bord de la route du littoral qui a du trafic pendant les mois d'été. Les déjeuners dans le jardin sont donc bruyants et les voitures s'entendent bien dans chambre du haut.
