Enchanting fisherman’s cottage in front of the sea in Biniancolla

This house is located in the traditional harbor of Biniancolla.
A modernized and enchanting tiny property that used to be a fisherman's cottage. With unique rustic features and completely renovated.
The house is divided in two floors. The ground floor living area, where the kitchen is also located, opens to a small terrace where you can enjoy sunsets and meals while looking at the sea.
The upper floor features a boat-shaped double bed with views towards the sea, a seating area and a fully equipped bathroom.


Notes:
Biniancolla is a beautiful cove with traditional houses, a small beach and an Italian restaurant. Two larger beaches are near: Punta Prima beach is located 1,5km. away and Binibeca beach is located less than 3km. away. In these areas you can find a supermarkets, pharmacy, etc.

Quiet place for nature lovers

We loved staying at the cottage. It was ideally situated for us as we loved walking/clambering over the coastal paths then returning to our quiet retreat. The furnishings are basic and the layout is well designed. We enjoyed eating out on the terrace. Would definitely stay again!

Right by a gorgeous small harbour

We loved this little home. Very comfortable for the two of us - we enjoyed sundowners on the rocks after swims in the harbour. This was our first of 2 bases to walk the cami de cavalls which I’d highly recommend for keen walkers. Thank you for letting us stay in this memorable place!

Du 17 au 28 septembre. Jolie petite maison pour les vacances. Cadre magnifique. Commerces de proximité non loin à Punta Prima ou sant Lluis. Minorque est vraiment une ile à découvrir. Le gros bémol : la vue sur mer gâchée par les pêcheurs du coin qui se garent là// au petit port juste à côté... ( les voisins en leur demandant se garent plus loin).

Las fotos no hacen justicia. El apartamento está muy bien y muy cuidado y limpio. La ducha con el suelo de piedra está muy chulo. Y la distancia a la cala no puede estar más cerca. El trato y comunicación con el propietario muy buena.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Feriendomizil. Absolut perfekte Lage direkt am Meer. Freundliche Einheimische Nachbarschaft und sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr ganz neu aber es ist wirklich sehr schön. Toni der Vermieter ist sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt-jederzeit gerne wieder

Sehr besondere Unterkunft, in einem kleinen Fischerdorf, das Meer direkt vor der Tür, wenig touristisch aufgebrezelt. Sehr großes, gemütliches Bett mit Blick aufs Wasser. Man sollte gut im Treppensteigen sein. Aber es gibt hilfreiche handläufe. Zwei wirklich gemütliche Sitzplätze fehlen noch. Etwas besonderes!

Wunderschöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Eine sehr schöne und liebevoll eingerichtete kleine Ferienwohnung. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohngegend. Die Lage ist wirklich einmalig. Direkt am Meer gelegen kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Zum Schwimmen ist es kaum eine Minute. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und man lebt inmitten der Einheimischen. Von Tourismus keine Spur. Die Wohunist sehr sauber und entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder dorthin.

Ruhiges Paradies

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung. Es gibt wirklich nichts was wir vermisst haben. Es gab sogar Kräuter/ Öl/ Salz ect. sowie diverse Töpfe und Pfannen zum Kochen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und wir waren jeden morgen in der kleinen Bucht schwimmen. Es ist ratsam für die felsige Küste Badeschuhe mit zu bringen. Wasser ist glasklar. Der Gastgeber hat immer unverzüglich auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen wieder ! Vielen Dank :)
