The property was lovely. Everything was either as described or better. The private pool was why we chose this place and it was fantastic. Also very close to some great food and the local beaches are wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this place to others and would stay again if we return to Menorca

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this holiday home!The house is spacious, beautifully renovated, and very well equipped. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked perfectly, and the pool area with plenty of sun loungers was ideal for relaxing. We also loved the lush garden, where cute tortoises roam freely.The location is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful holiday. The village is small and quiet, with two great restaurants – we especially loved Opera and went there several times. The nearby Calo Blanc beach has incredibly clear, turquoise water. A rental car is recommended, as the village itself is quite small, but that’s also what makes it so relaxing. Binibeca is only a few minutes away and offers supermarkets, excellent restaurants (don’t miss Bambú), and another beautiful beach.Arnauld was an outstanding host. He was always available and responded quickly to every question or request. When we reported two broken sun umbrellas, they were replaced the very next day.After eight days, we didn’t want to leave. We felt completely at home and would definitely love to come back!

This villa is almost perfect - lovely residential area, easy to walk to a great beach and a few bars/ restaurants, great layout with lots of space, utensils / facilities galore, lovely pool, plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas, fruit trees in garden and even some condiments provided - there are planes overhead occasionally, which we knew about before booking but it did not spoil our experience. The only thing I might criticize was a very small step to dining area - maybe needs to be highlighted so you don’t trip on it. The best part was terrace on roof which was great place to have evening drinks and watch sunset.

fabulous family villa

We had a fabulous two weeks holiday spending almost all of our time at the villa as the pool is amazing .The villa is really spacious ,light and comfortable with a beautiful garden and fruit trees .There were a few areas that had been missed by the cleaners when we arrived and a microwave would really have helped but otherwise wonderful .

Beautiful Villa & fabulousmemories

Just back from an amazing stay at this beautiful Villa. Everything was just perfect and as we’ve stayed in Binisafua many times before we felt very much at home. We love the fact it is not a resort & you are more in with the locals. The area is peaceful & very pretty and has a couple of small local beaches within a 15minute walk (downhill) Only 15min drive from the Airport (we love hearing the planes go over, to us It’s part of the holiday) A car is definitely required as only a choice of two restaurants within walking distance and approx 15min drive to a small supermarket S'Uestra or 20min drive to the larger Eroski’s in San Lluís. We would very much recommend this villa and one day hope to return.

Arnauld and Veronique are excellent hosts. Communication was great before and during the holiday. There was an issue with the pool and Arnauld sorted it out straight away. Entry into the villa was straightforward as the hosts provided detailed directions and they allowed us early access which was really helpful. The villa was perfect; plenty of room for four adults, a toddler and a baby. We loved the roof top terrace on an evening; the pool is a great size for swimming but also good for little ones. The villa was very clean and in a great location; close to a beach and several bars/restaurants. We visited Restaurante Txoko and the food was delicious. It’s a great base to explore beaches which are further away too. An added bonus were the tortoises in the garden. It was so interesting watching them amble into the garden. Our three year-old grandson loved them. We also loved watching the planes going over - very interesting. We had an amazing holiday at Villa Roqueta. Thank you, Arnauld and Veronique.
