About this property

Charming gîte Sainte-Anne, in the countryside.

Martin and Claire welcome you to their charming gîte in Mouzay, in the heart of the Loire Valley (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Ideally located south of Touraine (department 37) in a small country town you will spend moments of rest after the many activities offered around this site.

Sainte-Anne is an old school built around 1850 in tuffeau stones. Independent of the owners' house, the gîte is located in the former refectory-boarding school and has been completely renovated; it now offers optimal comfort.

The cottage is located near many castles: Tours, Loches (exceptional medieval and historic city), Chenonceau, Amboise, Azay le Rideau, Cheverny, Chambord etc.

It is surrounded by grass and flowers, in the heart of a small village of 400 inhabitants where you have free access to the tennis court and the leisure park. The other shops are 10 minutes away, either in Ligueil or in Loches.

Un havre de calme en Touraine

Charmant petit gîte au sein même d'un petit village au sud de Tours, idéalement situé pour visiter les châteaux de la région ainsi que le fameux zoo de Beauval. La maisonnette est décorée avec charme et beaucoup de gout. Les propriétaires du gîtes sont disponibles et très accueillants. Ce logement est donc parfait pour un weekend familial au calme en Touraine !

Très bien

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine. Le logement est très bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut (comme à la maison). Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à l'écoute. De très jolis villages à voir. Bonne situation pour visiter des châteaux. Le zoo de Beauval est à 45min en voiture.

Gîte agréable avec sa courette à l’arrière de l habitation, calme et bien tenu, les propriétaires sont à votre écoute, merci à Martin ( le dépanneur de télévision ) Lol !!! Nous savons qu'ils ont des enfants mais ils sont très discrets aussi on ne les savait pas si nombreux . Bravo restez comme vous êtes, simples et charmants. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour chez vous. Cordialement

Très bon séjour dans cette jolie maison

Nous avons passé un long week end de mai dans cette maison très joliment décorée. La vue de la chambre sur le jardin est très agréable. Claire est très accueillante. C’est un endroit très calme idéal pour se reposer. Nous conseillons vivement.

Superbe maison toute équipée, rien ne manque, tout pour être chez soi avec un confort parfois même supérieur, très belle maison, très beau jardin calme. Un endroit de caractère, des grandes pièces : cuisine, chambre, salles bains ... un Wifi qui fonctionne très très vite et bien pour les internautes. Un accueil familial et des propriétaires vraiment très gentils, qui vous ne voyez que si vous avez besoin d'eux ou pour se saluer ou discuter. Une piscine de 20 X 6 chauffée à 2KMS. Pleins de chateaux, de ballades à proximité et le village est très très calme. Franchement du 5/5.

Excellent séjour

Séjour absolument enchanteur! Logement agréable, accueillant et reposant. Petit jardin charmant à notre disposition. Les enfants y ont passés un excellent séjour ( jeux à disposition, poulailler, trampoline...). Gite se situant au coeur d une région culturellement riche . Accueil des propriétaires chaleureux et leurs conseils avisés nous ont permis de profiter pleinement des environs. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte qui nous a permis de passer d inoubliables et reposantes vacances.
