Cozy house 40 meters from the Mediterranean Sea
Cozy and modern house located 40 meters from the sea. The Bellreguard beach is known for being quiet and pleasant for families. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days of dreams. We are very close to places like Gandia, Valencia, Denia or Javea. It is ideal to unwind for a few days or spend a relaxing time as the climate is mild throughout the year. There are no parking problems during the summer or excessive noise so it makes it perfect to rest on vacation. Apart from the beach that is 40 meters away, you can also make excursions to the nearby orchards and enjoy a unique experience, as well as savor the authentic Valencian cuisine (and if breast is encouraged, you can taste the tastiest of the Mediterranean).
