Wonderful host, communication was fast and effective. Check in and check out was easy. You can tell Susan cares and wants you to have a fun and stress free trip. She offers many ideas for things to do, she wants your stay to be comfortable. The cottage is close to everything, but far enough away for a little privacy if you want. The back yard/pool area is very private and relaxing. Everything was very neat and clean, not sandy like other beach rentals we have stayed at. Our family would definitely come back for some family time.

We loved this cottage for our month stay. Great location-so convenient to EVERYTHING!! this home is lovely. Great kitchen, lovely private back yard and my favorite space was the screened porch-great for visiting, reading, napping.

We have the best time at the house. The location is perfect to walk to the Gasparilla Inn or in town. Having a pool to enjoy after a day at the beach was the best. Susan was very responsive and helped us decide a driver to the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Great downtown BG house

A great house right in dowtown Boca Grande. Perfect spot to explore the island- close to shops restaurants, marina, and beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

This is such a charming home right in the heart of Boca Grande. My family and I come down annually for tarpon season this year did not disappoint! Susan was very easy to communicate with and you can tell she loves this property. The kids loved the home just as much as I did. They enjoyed having the upstairs 3 bedrooms and bathroom to themselves. We all loved the backyard as well! The pool was perfect for Marco Polo. The beds were cozy and the pillows were comfy…. So comfy, I ordered a set when i came home! We would love to come visit next year.

Perfect Place in Boca Grande

We stayed here for four nights and loved it. It is centrally located on the island and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops. Susan was very responsive and made sure that we had what we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Boca Vacation Location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay on Boca Grande. The VRBO was so nice, the host was very gracious and kind. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything in the charming little town. Five star +++!!! We loved our time there.

This is a wonderful cottage with a great pool in the backyard and a perfect location for Boca Grande -- easy walking distance to everything you'd want. We had a wonderful time, and the host Susan was fantastic!

Great location, great heated pool, everything was so nice for our stay! Chartered a boat and loved the day on the water. Saw 6 manatees in the canal by the Inn, amazing!

Incredible historic home in a great location!

This is the perfect Boca Grande getaway! It is centrally located and close to everything. The pool and front portch add to the experience. I would recommend staying here to anyone traveling to the island. We hope to return soon!

Some friends and I went down for tarpon fishing and Susan was a great host! Very responsive!

Great Property & Location

Susan was a nice and helpful host! This house provided everything our family needed for a long weekend stay. The golf cart is a nice bonus and was used throughout our stay to travel around the island.

Wonderful stay!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and quaint Boca Grande cottage located just a couple of blocks from shops and restaurants and a short golf cart ride to many beach access points. The dip pool was very refreshing in the afternoons. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful spot!

We loved staying in Susan‘s home which is beautifully maintained and centrally located. A short walk to everything but extremely private. And the pool!! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is spacious and all supplies needed for cooking. It’s a great spot and you feel lucky to have stayed there.

We had the very best vacation at this home. The home is a restored 1911 cottage with all of today’s bells and whistles. The pool was a great asset for cooling down after a day at the beach. Susan the owner was a pleasure to deal with and responds to any questions immediately. We made so many memories and we will definitely be back soon.
