12 Park Hill Road is a quaint yet contemporary cottage situated in the town of Torquay, Devon. The property hosts two bedrooms, a 5" king-size bedroom and a 3" single bedroom. Also inside the property is a kitchen, sitting/dining room and one bathroom with an electric shower over bath, WC, hand basin and towel rack. The property has car permits available to purchase for £35 a week. Also included is a private enclosed patio area with outdoor seating. 12 Park Hill Road is a fabulous choice for small families seeking a coastal getaway in this exciting South Devon seaside town.
Amenities: Two small to medium dogs allowed. Gas central heating. Electric oven, four-ring gas hob, washing machine, fridge,freezer and a microwave. Smart TV with Netflix. WiFi. Fuel and power is included in the rent. Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Car permit available for £52 for 8 days. Two well behaved pets welcome. Small private enclosed patio area with outdoor seating. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 0.2 miles. Shop 1 mile
