Grauvière is a lovely holiday home, located in the most beautiful part of the Périgord Noir (Dordogne / Lot) and suitable for up to 8 people. Grauvière has a large enclosed garden with at the rear a very nice heated private swimming pool where you can relax. The old fortified town of Gourdon with all facilities and numerous restaurants is only a 10 minute drive from your accommodation, a bakery and a good restaurant can be found in the nearby village just a few kilometers away.
Interior
Grauvière has a spacious living room with open kitchen which is fully equipped. Open doors give direct access to the terrace and pool. There are 4 airconditioned bedrooms on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the left and 2 bedrooms and bathroom to the right of the living room. Ideal for two families for example or a group of friends.
Outside
The completely fenced garden of about 1500m2 offers a lot of privacy and for the children there is a lawn to play / play football. At the back of Grauvière is the terrace (120m2) and the swimming pool (with roman stairs) of 10 x 5mtr. Next to the house there is a driveway with ample parking.
Surroundings
Ideally located between Lot and the Dordogne, and not far from the beautiful cities of Sarlat, Domme, Padirac, La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour and Gourdon. You have endless views here and do not forget: in this region you have the lowest light pollution in Europe! Be amazed by the countless stars that you can see here at night! Great restaurant in the village at walking distance.
